Ram temple inauguration and republic day celebrations went on well in Concorde amber residents with much more enthusiasm filled with patriotism.

Lift issue is very bad in this society.near about one month lift is not working.and progress is very bad in maintaining it. And that too is very frequent in B block. Pregnant ladies and old age people literally suffer very badly.

Solution they should provide is open the roof top at least for 3rd floor people they can manage to have a fresh air outside.

When I spoke to secretary he gave a solution for opening terrace for one hour hard stop. I had no other choice had to accept it.
They even can open terrace for B block and C block, as all the blocks are interconnected 3rd floor people can go to C block from terrace and use it.

Anyways. I am frustrated from lift issue in this society. It's like every month issue and no proper solution to it.

I wish this concern is taken to high level

Very inaccessible, almost 1km from mainroad. And hence it us difficult to find cabs at peak hours.

Cons- Issue with the lift is too frequent here. If any has parents who are completely dependent on lift or any pregnant ladies who can’t climb stairs, don’t prefer this apartment. The area is not well developed yet, so not much of the apps deliver here and no good restaurants near by. There is lot of dust and sound due to constructions near by

Well maintained society except the lifts. Well secured society
