Return Pickup was done with their waybill showing 3 items and 3 items were given to them but the company bacca bucci says that they received only 2 items and thus I was paid Rs. 1099 less the cost of the missing item.

Worst DTDC service
I do not have words to express my frustration kick off this DTDC from courier.

Possibly one of the worst courier services in India. Nothing professional about them. Packages go back and forth from one center to another within the same city. They don’t even have the courtesy to pick up or return calls.
