Very bad experience, no one receive the calls. Courier reached final delivery station 2 days back itself. But they didn't even tried to deliver.

While taking parcel we need to give our I'd proof hard copy, without hard copy they will not give our parcel.

It's not a courier service centre, It's hooligans centre with name of DTDC Service person's. One staff named Renjen was very rude with me when I went for drop-off. They won't take any, they said to drop off at Hennur.
