Dream Meadows

Society is very good. I stayed here for nearly one year. We stayed in a rented 1rk for a villa. The only thing i learnt over my stay is NEVER EVER STAY WITH OWNERS. Owner used to charge separately for water but be aware that there is no water charge in dream meadows. Owner used to pay electricity bills on behalf of us. For 1RK it used to be 1k for electricity bills. Deposit was not returned saying we have damaged entire kitchen. Be very careful when choosing this society to stat on rent. During covid owners were begging to get a tenant and now they have increased rent two times. In no broker ad nothing will be mentioned however after shifting you will get to know non veg is not allowed.

However security is good. They have lush green environment and area for walking. Pet friendly. Overall society is good if you dont stay with owners.

The place is like a maze. The houses are beautiful and overall the society is nice with short distance from brookfield mall. The bigger issue is that delivery to you house can take forever trying to explain the turns to the delivery partner.

I have stayed here for 10 years. People looking to buy a property should stay away from here. There's power cut issues, no CAUVERY WATER, sanitation, bad hygiene of the society, mosquitoes and what NOT. You would get skin cancer from the bore well water they use. Say by by to your hair as well. It doesn't even have simplest of amenities. People there would deny this so that buyers would be scammed. I would suggest you to save this message and have a look at it later if you've already purchased a property here. It's pathetic. People living here are used to it now and they would want to sell their properties at higher rates. But the rates here shouldn't exceed 6000 per sq. Ft. Its not worth more. You would get much more value and a far far better property than what price they would ask.

Nice residential place to live in Bangalore. Single entry and exit. Clean layout without any garbage thrown on the streets.
Roads are small and one-way sign boards inside a gated community!
Getting into the layout can be challenging task due to narrow roads and Ryan Int. School traffic. I was a visitor to the layout to attend a housewarming function and experience is just 2 hours inside the layout.

I'm in search of a rented flat - 2BHK / 1BHK in gated community (preferred for family). I went to Dream Meadows but didn't find any vacated flats. Kindly, let me know if there any flats available for rent.

Decent residential place. Full greenary but less amenities drawback. No kauvery water one draw back.

You don’t believe that you are living in Banglore.

Major drawback is that the Entry Road is very congested during school timings

Though bescom is next to it, there is no stagnant supply of electricity they keep switching it and then we face alots of power cuts.

Maintenance staff does not yield when you ask for cleanliness. Staff does not turn up despite repeated reminders. Good greenery in layout but no mechanism to take care of dry leaves, bark, waste twigs. No point in maintaining a garden as it takes weeks for trash to get picked-up. Often see people dumping their garden trash and dog poop in adjacent empty sites. Good lighting in evening on roads but trees are covering up allowing darkness. Despite charging good amount of money for maintenance -there is zero maintenance. Play area is not well maintained, rather stinks. There are some house owners in this layout who speak fowl language all the time, keeping a track of what others are doing and commenting uselessly. People bring out their dogs make them piss / poop in front of residence. Off late PG's / multi-storey building are given construction permits and we are a few years away from creating another junkyard layout. There are buildings that do not follow guidelines and still bloom. Labor (more than 10-15 per construction site) are allowed to stay who creates lot of nuisance for residents and consume resources that are for residents. Despite 17 years layout doesn't have cauvery water. It is hard borewell water that takes toll on your clothes, washing machine, water purifier, cars chrome plating and other equipments. Electricity goes of now and then. At times for half day without prior notice or intimation. Make a informed choice.
