DS MAX Skyscape

Very underdeveloped area.not even in BBMP limits (It's BDA). The project is also old and already cracks and leaks are developed inside. The management is charging more than 7K just for maintenance. Travelling at night times and during rainy weather is very unsafe with no street lights. No delivery apps have service in the project Bigbasket, Dunzo, Swiggy.

Fine place however outskirts. Roads Leading thereto are terribly bad especially during rainy seasons.

Such a good and well maintained property. Bit outskirts but full of greenery. Ds Max team Maintained it very well. Fmc Samanth Roy is very Helpful and Loyal person. He always helps us in every aspect. We are glad to be here.

Iam a Resident of Ds Max Sky Scape we Enjoy Staying here the Facilities and aminities are 4.2rated.good location considering avoiding Urban crunch & ENJOY natural surroundings.

Very nice well maintained society. Slightly outwards from the city but offers a great view of nature with greenery all around. There is farming in and around so you can get very Fran fresh vegetables for a must try.

Budget apartment, feels like in the city outskirts, no good road approach, but also very near to banaswadi ring road and city centre.what to say it's DS max property

I have been here couple of times and the customer service is excellent here. I wish they keep the store neat and clean to attract more crowd.

First of all great place to live and great service by the technicians. Samanth and Stephan is great with the on demand work. Knowledgeable and quick to respond to the service requests.

Great Place to stay very sapciously constructed and well maintained, the Site engineer Hamanth Has been been a gem of a person without him getting the work done during the pandamic and shifting would have become really impossible, he takes detail care of the work at site even if you are not at the site thats really a peace for the flat owners.

Great place to live in. The service provided by the site Engineer Hemant Kumar and Facility team is great. Has amenities like gym, club house, swimming pool, walking/ cycling space children play area and are well maintained by the facility team. The Flats are spacious and has a good view from all the balconies.
Best for someone who is looking for a flat away from the city crowd. I have recently moved here and have checked Flipkart, amazon, zomato and swiggy dilivery works fine, Dunzo licious and freshtohome doesnot diliver as of now.

Society is well maintained in case of garden, play area, gym, swimming pool, Indoor games areas. Rent is little bit high but that is worth it.

Good but parking for visitors is difficult a few of the security staff are helpful but the others are rude and disrespectful.

The property has developed well and taken a good shape.

Arguably one of the best DsMax Projects.

The senior management truly connects to their Tagline "Joy of Living" and treating their customers as an extended family.

The management team of DsMax had recently organised a friendly cricket tournament among their projects. Good initiative and effort by Mr. Prasanna and Mr. Dilip who were the early ones to reach the grounds and stay till the very end. Superb arrangements with personalized jerseys for each team, stands for spectators, professional commentary, professional umpiring, score keepers and ofcourse some refreshments. Mr. Renjith, Mr. Vishwanath and Mr. Samantray were playing perfect hosts and ensuring each of the participants was having a good time and enjoying the experience.

Kudos to the entire team, we are enjoying being part of this community.

Don't expect too much and you will not be disappointed. Good enough place to live. Very clean and well maintained by FMC of DS MAX. Spacious flats and great landscape. All the facilities like Swimming pool, Gym, Skywalk, Lift, Generator etc.are active and functional and well maintained. Present in outskirt of city high rises, this is a good place to live at with lush greenery and zero pollution environment. Although there are some pending works and OC is still not available, this is a RERA certified project and approved by all banks i.e. SBI, HDFC etc. Request to talk to residents if you are planning to buy a flat here so that you can get better idea.

One of the best Apartment i have got. I got Owner unit with best price. Quality of work is good. Easy process from SBI bank for the loan. Very good co-ordinate from owner side team for get a load process.

4) They have got OC from BDA
5) Club house is ready to use.indoor games n gym
5) well executed sky-walk n landscape.

It is almost 2 months since the last update and lock down has been lifted a long time ago.

1) Still we don't have proper drainage & Sewerage facility. Same old temporary facility.
2) Still no GYM, club house.
3) Still work in progress and no end in sight.
4) Swimming pool fencing incomplete.
5) Drainage pipes lying at the main gate become home to reptiles and what not.
6) All the building materials lying everywhere.
7) Plants for landscaping still lying around with no attention.
8) Flats already complaining of Water seepage.
9) Cracks developing in various project walls.
10) Illegal encroachment of common areas by covering them with grills.
11) Still no service lift operational
12) Final Corridor painting still not complete.
13) Unoccupied flats work completion still pending. The doors keep banging at night with no one to attend.

Inspite of repeated emails to DS-MAX. There is NO ACTION NOR REPLY.

Pathetic experience since the day I have moved to my first house purchased from DS MAX properties. They have handed over the house without proper electricity supply. The temporary electric supply fluctuates a lot and has already damaged two AC and one water purifier of my own. On that, the DG is also temporary. It doesnot take load for long and most of the times we are left to stay in complete darkness. Every time you complain, DS MAX put the blame on BESCOM or other govt bodies. There is no proper drainage facility. The work to install drainage pipes is on hold since two months and the pipes are dumped right in front of the gate.
With no electricity and unhygienic condition outside apartment, we are feeling like staying in hell during this crisis period of complete lock down. Half the work is pending inside the apartment complex, which was committed to be completed by December 2019 while selling the flats.

If you are okay with the distance, this flats are really spacious and area is so damn peaceful with trees and harvests.

This is one of best project from DS Max. 2 of my colleagues have purchased flat here and visited this place for house warming of one of them. Built quality and floor plan seems to be really nice and have good open space and greenery surrounding. Nearby market is bit far which may be bit challenging to get daily needs items in initial years but should resolve in 1-2 years. Overall nice place to live in.

Heylo everyone, I had a wonderful experience with Ds max. Pretty happy and overwhelmed with overall assistance right from the marketing until possession of my flat. Other than the esteem developments they have brilliant structures/space which truly adds on one's stay within their compound with comfortable living experience. I truly appreciate the way they value their customer and the services are excellent across each levels. They follow the quality standards and defined processes which suits the customer requirement. Assuring on "Right there at your service " attitude and approach towards tasks/project completion is always cherished and valued. It looked like projects are well planned and hassle free desgined. One thing, which can be improvised a little more would be "communications". It would be really good if any related minor or major information or any change in action should be noticed immediatley and inform on time to avoid confusion between customers and officials within Ds max. However, any concerns raised had been taken into immediate consideration and I would happily recommend Dsmax to my friends and family. A big thank you to Ashwini, Zubair, Ranjith and Faizal!

I have not visited this property but can expect a good value in future as the PRR is going to pass from near by. But the locality is worst with lot of garbage dumping.
