It's a really good place to live. Peaceful society. Spacious. Store in society. Swimming pool, basketball court, kids playground, foosball, table tennis, badminton, billiards.
I was about to book an apartment in Godrej Air Nxt when I came to know through my lawyer about a litigation on the property which was related to Ptcl act 1978. As expected, this information was well covered up.
Godrej Air is in the prime location just opposit to Hoodi Metro station. Easy to commute to office and malls. The outer ring road is just 2km away! Dusminute shop inside the premises is very convenient for the residents to grab groceries, fruits and daily essentials. Other vegetables venders visit twice in a week helps the residents to taste fresh form fruits and vegetables too. There is also pizza hut and Kailash parbhat other than many eateries just outside the apartment. Just opposit the apartment big D mart showroom is the ice on the cake!
Very good light and ventilation in the flats. Plenty of visitor parking. Very difficult to identify the complex entrance due to construction activities
Godrej air shares a common wall with our apartment and godrej has not constructed there own wall on one side. Due to water clogging at godrej air and due to heavy rain our wall has collapsed recently and no action has been taken place till now inspite of multiple complaints. This is not acceptable specially from builder like Godrej.
Very poor build plan resulting in neighboring societies to be inundated and causing distress to so many familes. Arrogant and rude management, doesn't cooperate with neighbors.
Good Airy homes, ample kids play area. Well maintained facilities such as Badminton, snooker, Cinema Hall, Swimming pool etc. Proximity to Metro station is big advantage. Hoodi market is at walking distance. Frequent Buses towards KR Puram, Byappanahalli which can be taken from the apartment gate.
Worst infrastructure. They don't have proper mechanism to exit rain water. It's not worth for money. Surely, home buyers will get curse from neighboring societies.
No compound wall and look at the beautiful waterfall they have for sustainably disposal of rain water. Doesn't bother to respond to a society of 100 families nearby who are badly affected, #socialyresponsible builder and environment friendly. Buyers beware, they will wash their hands and leave you deserted on the drop of a hat. Godrej Air NXT, looks like the NXT means something!
It is shocking to know that, Godrej even didn't construct a boundary wall of their own. They even closed down all the rain water drains. This caused havoc in neighboring Sumadhura Sankampam apartment. Boundary wall collapsed and flooded the entire basement area. Fortunately, there was no injury or mishap reported. Godrej Air and its management are the worst. They are not even giving heed to their own residents.
Located very next to metro station. Spacious flats with big windows that covers 80% of your wall. It has all amenities like swimming pool, gym etc. Society also provides visitors parking which is adjacent to the towers only. Only issue you will see is the road in front of the society is only one way hence going out of the society by vehicle will have to take a big circle to come back.
He was proactive in communicating changes and prompt with his commitment. Would recommend based on my experience! Good job by this Car Detailing Workshop in Noida.
Really a good place to stay in with good ambiance, my CRM Bidisa Sarkar did a good job in the co ordination from the day of the booking till the day of handover great keep it up.

Awesome place to live. Apartments look very nice with large windows and they have lot of ventilation. Lot of amenities and very well maintained. Association is also very good. Also right opposite upcoming metro station
Do not make any investment in Godrej Air Nxt. The property is under litigation and no one from the Sales team will disclose anything about the litigation. Even if you ask them they will keep assuring you that these are minor litigation and will get sorted in 2-3 months (they are telling me this from last 8 months). Although there own legal team says the litigation is a major litigation (ask them to give it in writing if they say on call that it's a minor litigation) Particularly, NRI's beware of the fraud which is going on here. They will specifically target NRIs as they are far from the property. They will not share any documents related to the property until you pay the initial booking amount of 5% and after that the real game begins. They will keep delaying on each and everything and if you would want to cancel the the booking due to litigation they will say the booking money will be forfeited. They will play multiple tactics by calling you and giving you multiple false promises but won't give anything in writing. Do not blindly trust the Godrej brand. The property in general is very expensive as compared to the other properties in near by areas and with litigation its an additional headache. As I have already lost good amount on money in this, i wanted to share my experience so that those who wants to buy property here are aware of the situation.
Excellent property being completed well within the promised time by Godrej. If it was not for the pandemic they may have probably handed over the flats to the customers well in advance. The location right next to the Metro station can’t get better than this for traveling to any part of the city with ease. ITPL, other major IT companies in Whitefield are all almost at a walkable distance. So are the high end malls like Phoenix Market City, Forum Shantiniketan. Many good educational institutions and hospitals are also located nearby. Overall a fantastic property to own and stay in Whitefield, Bangalore.
I am currently based out of USA and trusting Godrej brand, I had recently booked an apartment in Godrej Air Nxt and I was told by the sales team that I would be handed over the sale agreement post 10% payment, however I requested them for a draft (Post 5% payment ~Rs. 8.5 Lacs) and upon reading of the draft I came across current litigations on Air Nxt, which was related to an SC/ST land (PTCL Act 1978) and one other which they did not disclose in all the meeting we had before with the sales & CRM team. Upon Inquiring on the same they said that it's a minor issue and will be sorted out in a couple of months. However given the adverse implication which a PTCL act can have i.e According to the Act, transfer of certain lands granted by the government to persons belonging to the scheduled castes and scheduled tribes in the state, is prohibited. Such property will be eventually acquired by the government and returned to the original owner without any compensation to the purchaser and moreover the Act is retrospective in Nature, we were not sure if we would want to take this risk of Investing our hard-earned money with such big amount. Hence we requested them to refund our 5% payment (since they did not disclose these facts to us). The information about the current litigation on the RERA website was also old (last updated in 2019). It's been 1.5 months now they just kept our matter dangling and now they say that our entire money will be forfeited. This is the reason perhaps they have not received SBI blanket loan approval. Honestly Godrej was our First choice as we totally relied on the brand but if brands like this are involved in duping innocent customers and it's a very sorry state we are in.
Saw the 2.5 bhk which is good built-cement and structurally. Approach and location is good. Price point for a non furnished apartment, seems on higher side though, considering registration is over and above the value. One would need to get the wood work done to make it livable. Almost all units of 2.5 bhk gone already. I personally felt that the carpeted area is very less. The. 5 room can be used only as study meaning study table and chair.quite small. Good for nuclear family of 3 still price is high.
I have bought the flat and the costumer service is worst.we have seen the demo flat after two years.visiting the flat we are asked to deposit all the Mobile and no cameras " don't know what is the fear of builder ".
The location is really good in terms of communication and nearby office and malls. Metro station is bang opposite to the building. Icing on the cake is the Graphite India will soon be closed which is creating pollution.
I have reduced 1 star only because of the difference between their video and the brochure. 2-3 differences were there between them including the two windows in the kitchen. Which one is the final one is very difficult to judge.
Don't make a mistake to buy this property. Godrej has eliminated one window from the kitchen without prior intimation. Those who stood against this - Godrej chose to terminate their units and forfeited 20% amount. Stay away from these bunch of fraudsters. Escalation to top management has not helped either
