Project is good and even location will develop in next 5years! Godrej has to improve in marketing perspective, marketing people are not fully knowledgable on the project, provides wrong information
Waste location for IT emp.godrej is charging too much per sq ft in that village area.don't take a loan for this property because you won't get tenant and you will end up with paving huge EMI
Horrible sales experience, they are not ready to wait till the finance is completed for the initial payments. They keep giving you the booking amount theory. Even after confirming with then for a specific unit and keeping them informed about the financing process, they have given the unit to another customer. Be very careful while booking with Godrej. NOT AT ALL RELIABLE!
Situated on the main road this property Godrej Ananda is within the 250 acres of residential space of KIADB next to the upcoming financial area, this location already has wide roads. Just a matter of time there could be new metro line who knows, if the metro comes up this property will be even more iconic.
I have shown interest and paid 1 Lakh (Rupees One Lakh) on 21st Nov 2022, during the prelaunch offer. But due to unexpected situation, I need to relocate and I have requested refund. Since then I have been just waiting following up with team members for refund.
As always they are least bothered and just giving date on date, this is really annoying and disappointing that such a big name doing such a bad behaviour or its people in middle playing around.
Godrej has become same as other small time builder with less than 20% UDS in the project where you end up paying 55Lac for 500-600sqft carpet space and the amount you pay is for around 180sqft land on your name.there’s no common WC/Toilet both bedrooms you’ll loose space to toilet doors n entry door.and the hall is so small.and they brag with property sold out 2Bhk.when you send the money they say particular flat is not available and even after one month they do not send the money back.just keeps delay responding and suddenly employee says they have left the firm n you don’t know who to contact.it’s nothing less than a s#%£ hole.stay away from all big names.buy any clear title land on your name than these scam’s.all builders come together n scams common men with properties in same area.stay away stay away all Red Flags and the location surrounding also be careful.many people from gulf and NRIs just buy without knowing reality.
Had high regards for Godrej brand until I booked 2 units at Godrej Ananda, KIADB aerospace, Bangalore. They initially promised to offer installment facility as per stages of slab, however, they are cheating by sending notices for payments eventhough it's not yet due as per their construction status. They threaten you with interest & penalties if not paid. They are worse than the local developers who atleast collect payment according to stages of construction. I have proof of their emails demanding almost 50% payment within 1 month of booking the flat. Their customer care simply exists without any responsibilities as repeated emails to them hasn't elicited any response from them. Please be extremely wary of this group as they are trying to take advantage of their brand image. Pathetic customer service to say the least.don't

Great atmosphere and location is ideal if you are planing to invest as it's close proximity to airport and upcoming brigade mall. Need to wait n watch how this place would turn out in the next 5 years considering its hub for hardware tech park
Godrej need to review their strategy. Mere joint ventures for huge profits will not help in long term. Other builders like Sobha, Brigade, prestige, etc will grow much faster with lot of customer trust as they have their proven record of good quality and superb services even after handover. Whereas Godrej projects have issues in terms of quality, leakages, bad water flow planning in rains (water was even flowing to flats in Godrej Air which cost around 1 Cr for 2bhk), legal issues, very bad after sales service, indirect costs, harrasing customers, not fulfilling commitments, etc. There is a need to plan this project such that it should be able to stand competitive or even better compared to surrounding projects like Brigade, and prestige where amenities, quality, landscape and planning is far far better. To save your reputation, Godrej should also look into quality, lessons learnt from failures in other projects and atmost amenities and it's planning. Use the advantage of location and rising cost, replan your project with better and sensible amenities.

So far extremely happy with how the project is progressing, Maybe its because I interacted with the star team starting from e-Bangalore properties who posted project video on youtube then, Shravani, Deeptirekha from Loans and Prayag Lepcha they all have made my experience wonderful. Thanks everyone for timely helping me with all my queries! The project is wonderful and the flats are not as costly as some of the other renowned builders. Good for investment! And for living as well, given the hybrid, and work from home work culture. Distance from city doesn't matter anymore.
Please don't go with this builder, Staff are not at all co -operative, They won't tell about the High tension wire that is passing by. The behaviour of staff is not welcome.
For investment purposes, this is one of the best projects considering the location! I really appreciate all the efforts by Priyanka & Nidhi in helping me throughout the pre and post booking process.
3bhk in within 800sq feet, saw model 3bhk flat looks all rooms are small even hall also overall inside is not specious and it will take 3 years to complete.
Carpet area is too small in all Big builders in Bangalore. But Price is too high because of location and Huge number of Amenities. They Should think about customers, who is going to live their maximum time inside the Flat but not in Amenities. That Apartments are good for Bachelors, Tenants who look for great lifestyle instead Non-Extravagant like Family Man and investors.
Project staff are not at all ready to explain the project. They will not give you proper time. All 2bhk are sold out. Only 3 bhk is available, but rate wise it's bit in higher side. You can have other option next to it like brigade and prestige, Mrj etc. Construction speed is also very slow.
The location of the project is in Bagalur, North Bangalore. It has great amenities and sizes of the flats are compact for millennial living. It's best feature are the windows, which is from floor up giving ample sunlight to every room.
A wonderful project, coming up in Baglur region in the upcoming aerospace park, close to international airport.
The whole project has been planned keeping in view comfort and good environment around. The project is being developed in phases. In phase -I three towers are coming up comprising of 1,2&3BHKs. The towers would have 28 floors and a central club house with all amenities and facilities. Layout of houses is well planned। Samplt houses are ready to give you glimpses of layout।
The project is close to other two projects of prestige (Finsbury) and brigade (ek Dorado). The are around is still under development and may take few years to emerge as most sought out location.
The scheme can be used for investment and also for own use. Project completion is in around end of 2024.

Absolutely loved the design of the apt. Ample natural light inside the apt. Courteous staff to assist in choosing the right apt for you. Jodi apt is something someone shud really look out for. New trend created by Godrej.
Room sizes are extremely small. Stop cheating your customers in the name of amenities. People dont spend 24hrs in amenities. They need bigger rooms and proper living space.
I can share my experience with Godrej Air. Godrej is not a good builder. They do not provide quality construction. Too many issues with their Customer support. Cant be trusted. Please look at Godrej Air Reviews to get more details. Please look at any other tier A builder. The response you see to this message is either a bot or a paid sales man. Because, once you pay your hard earned money, the communication becomes one way. You never get a response. You get treated like ATM, they send you request and cough up money, After registration, I am being made to run post to pillar to get issues sorted out. The design issues are innumerable.
Basic architecture principle of any residential flat/floor plan starts with public area then Semi Private area then private area. Here, if a guest seating in a hall can see all activities happening in other rooms.
Second, very tight n packed space planning.
Kitchen is open.
No balconies except one small kind of in hall.
Price is way high if evaluating the amenities provided.
No malls, No Restaurants, No supermarket nearby.
Nearest railway station is Yelehanka.
Plus points- Airport is near, PS is near, one Navodaya school I remember, KIADB industrial park is near by. Located in a fast growing area of north Banglore.
Extremely unsatisfied with the provided information, Initially they made me to wait for a long time and the provided the minimal information about the payment.
Nobody attends the people waiting to see the houses. Waited over 30 mins and yet not a single person came to check on the waiting people. Walked out of that place.
