Had brought my first home here. The quality of construction is very poor. Overly priced property. CRM team is pathetic aarathi Gupta and anshu. They charge hefty amount of interest for bank delays. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.

New Problem: This builder doesnt give you the amenities as they would have shared you in the agreement. The OWC which was originally planned near the pond area is now shifted to another place near the residential flats near phase 2. Some influential people within the society are not concerned about anyone else but themselves are only thinking on their own benefit. Godrej is not taking any stand here. Phase 2 people are going to suffer whoever have the flat near OWC since it is too close to some of their flats. Since the flats are not yet handovered they donot know the impact. No use of investing your hard earned money here.

ALSO YOU DONOT REGRET. ITS JUST A COMMENT YOU PUT TO MAKE YOU LOOK GOOD.

Good society to reside. Godrej always delivers project on time. They delivered project during covid period.

A vast project of Cozy VillaMent. Though a little off the City commute, but has its own charm

I suggest don't buy this property. Have bought this property as ready to move and still waiting for Occupancy Certificate. Lost trust in @Godrej. Lost almost 85 lacks. If someone wants proof, message me, I will give the proof. Please don't waste your time and money in Godrej.

Low rise buildings with only 4 floors in every building looks like we are in independent homes.

Excellent place and well maintained.giving 1 star less only because of not having good visitors parking and it is always a hassle with security.wish they had better visitor parking since most apartments account for it.you need to park outside and walk all the way in.other than that, a very nice place to stay

Low rise apartments. Good amenities- children's play area, club house, gym, swimming pool. Not fully occupied yet. Could develop well with cooperative inhabitants.

Nice building but worst road approaches. No proper roads, busy and narrow roads filled with school buses and construction or commercial trucks.

Bad Build Quality and Apathetic, Inefficient Godrej leadership, Maintenance team

I am a flat owner & resident of Godrej Eternity since ~1.5 years. Basis our experience with Godrej build quality & Godrej maintenance team I would recommend prospective buyers of a Godrej Property seriously rethink their decision <and evaluate if other Grade A builders have relatively better offerings>

Brief summary of our situation: Water leakage issue due to faulty plumbing and resultant dampening of walls in affected are was discovered greater than a year back. Godrej maintenance team has been 'attempting to resolve' this issue but to no avail. They keep promising a certain resolution/next steps but these are both delayed and also hasn't solved the issue. The truly worrisome part is even escalation of this issue to Godrej leadership <a manager with Bangalore-level responsibilities> also hasn't produced any results. The pics shared in the review show the status of our living room for 6+ months now.

Note: Issue faced by us doesn't seem to be an isolated issue as well. Known about at least 2 other flat owners that have complained about unresolved issues + Multiple pavements in the common area of the condominium keep breaking apart - both suggestive of build quality issue + lack of resolution of problems

This place reminds me of holiday homes.
It's g+3 well built with creche, kids playgrounds (around 3), pool, indoor sports, wall climbing, trampoline, library.
It's like a kilometre away from the metro station. And many upcoming properties between the metro station and the godrej.

It's a fabulous community with high built quality and low raise apartment with world class facilities/amenities. Great value for money and appreciation in future, worth buying flat or live in the community.

It is an apartment complex, not a showroom selling items, delivering goods. Owners can visit their apartment or through a broker, if apartment is available for sale. A visitor is not allowed to visit any apartment or offer his observations, comments.

Never ending wait for delivery

Lies, delays, false promises and no response.this is what defines Godrej Eternity. COVID 19 adds as a new excuse for their already existing list of excuses for delay.

COVID19 acts as a hindrance for delivery but not for collection of payments.

If you are buying a flat, ask for agreement copy as well. They give you 2019 as possession date orally then mention 2021 as date in the agreement. I had to fight with them a lot. Possession was promised in the month of June 2019 and its already March 2020 and the amenities are nowhere close to completion. Claiming themselves to be the top developers, sales team is bluffing team!

Nice apartment complex, ambience is really awesome, good place to roam around and spent time outside. Good set of amenities tooo…

From the inception to what I see now, this complex is awesome. I stay here and feel happy to have invested on it.
There are certain small issues which godrej should have handled it gracefully but otherwise it's a cozy place to stay.

Beautiful white building with Elite and Affluent gated community with quality construction and huge light and wind in the flat structure. Great facilities with club house and Zym facility. Huge green space. No huge towers is a plus. Recently we went for my cousin's House warming function last week. The Cons are a little away from the city and no public transport after 8 pm and one way route to the complex with no nearby connection to the main Kanakapura road. It may take atleast two years to dsee overall development of the area. Good investment point of view. One needs to have own transport. Close to School (Kumaran's) is a positive and many other builders are coming with their projects! Way to go!

All is well but main gate security is very bad behaviour with labour Every day New rules this is very bad.

Had visit recently to Eternity phase. Ambience and project looks great.

a. Possession date is changed in every month update. If you cannot meet the promised date then dont give commitments.b. Till now not allowed to see own flat even after paying 90%. How do we know you are meeting quality?
c. Very standard answers received from RM, either covid or work area is barricaded so vists not allowed.d. It seems more effort were put in till 90% payment but after 90% workpace is slow.

Will never invest in any Godrej property again.

Hands down the best low rise apartments in the south Bangalore region. They have amazing facilities and a good amount of open space for the explorer in you.

There is no way this place could have 4 start review, obviously they are fake. So many genuine customers with such terrible experience with their customer relationship team and sales teams.
My story is the same as so many other, not being allowed to visit my flat, pressurized into registering an unfinished flat, and now being demand the full payment when the flat is still not ready. I will be posting snap shots of my conversation with the Godrej team here, just to showcase how oblivious they are to customer concerns.

Worst decision of my life to buy a flat here. Some images of the quality and finish issues in my flat. They chase you for money and ensure huge penalties for delays in payments. Once they get the money, they won't listen to you. Imagine they have the courage to ask the customer to take the ownership of the flat in the state as shown in pictures. Quality is such that I was told 25% hollow tiles are ok and will not be fixed. Concept of measurements for them is different as well, when I enquired about smaller balcony and utility sizes, was told I need to measure from outer wall not the inner walls. Chasing them since early February to get them fixed with no luck yet. On top of it, they are asking me to pay for maintenance charges for the flat with such condition. Prasad and Arati so called RMs don't respond at all.

Godrej promote their schemes then charge wrong interest to customers and even if you provide proof, do not resolve it on priority. Chasing them from past 40 days but their management do not care about customer's pain.

This place gives u a unique living expenses with low rised towers (g+3).
They provide 2 &3 BHK houses.
They is lot of parking space and and walk space provided. Green green all around you, lot of plants and trees to build up ur walk experience.

Very Bad experience in acquisition of property ownership post sale from Godrej. No transparency or customer centric approach. Un-proffessionbal and only Lip service

Booked one 3 Bed room Flat 4 years back and all the payments are made, still there is in-ordinate delay in handing over and registration of the flat. Reasons are vague and lack of clarity.

The interactions with CRM team is not transparent, we don't get any convincing responses, forced one sided legal agreements and no scope for any discussions/understanding. Commercial impact of all their internal in-efficiencies to be born by the customers.

Please think several times prior to making any purchase in any project from Godrej Properties. This is my sincere experience. Presently cursing myself for the decision.

Property is good only drawback is approaching road. Only one road is there which is kind of bottleneck. Slightly higher priced now.

Absolutely horrifying experience once you pay your initial amount. Delays and delays, their flat visit process reminds me of LOC with 5 guards surrounding you, no pics allowed, only 2 people etc. 2months since OC is received they aren't even bothered to give possession.

Low rise building with only G+3 structure. Situated lit far from city main road. Good properties for who looks into peace of kind living. Yet to handover property so till no info regarding amenities and how will overall project looks.

False promises, highly inefficient customer care team, delayed possession, no response to emails, collect 95% money and then delay by a year. Want to get stuck here? Invest.

Project is far away from the city and not at all worthy. Marketing staff are pretty good at fooling customers. It comes under EKatha village panchayat. Wen we asked for site visit which is under construction they gaVe us some lame excuses. One of the sales executive who was North Indian was rude and scarsatic while replying to my friend. Wen I asked for a demo he said wat demo u require for 1 bhk flat which costs around 50 to 55 lakhs. With all due respect, it is hard earned money of a person.it might b small amount for you. Flooring, kitchen slabs, windows (with no grills) doors looked cheap.no safety. Buying flat is far away but management should hire a better marketing team who knows to greet customers and answer to thr questions wd patience. Am disappointed and sheer waste of time.

Property is good, Low raise However some concerns with Godrej team.

1. Why there is no flat visit until you complete plastering and flooring?
Any prob with quality of work? Once flooring and plastering is done we
cant check the quality.
2. Why cant we take photos when we do site visit? Any prob?
3. Why it is taking so much time for handover Phase 1, even the 90%
work completed almost 3-4 months back.
4. Until agreement is done Sales person gives his own Delivery date, Once
agreement is done, they use RERA date.
5.why always you schedule the customer meeting on weekday? Dont
tell me it is as per survey, 75%+ customers here are working clause
and they may not attend the meeting on weekday.
6. As per new GST govt asked to decease it to 5% from 12% for new and
under construction, However you used the clause and didn't pass it to
customer.

Hope you will address all these ASAP.

Be aware though govt reduced GST to 5 Percent But at Godrej Eternity Project it is 18% GST (Even after 1st April 2019), as they claim they procured the raw material with higher GST for entire project.

This project suits to a customer who wants his apartment in peace & calm location, can drive to his office minimum 10 to 15 kms, many proposed road widening plans, metro line starts very soon, customer can enjoy his weekend with resort type amenities. But few challenges in that location like public transport, security, narrow roads are as common as in other locations in blore. Preferred buyers can be person working professional in South Bangalore like Jayanagar, JP Nagar, BG Road, Ecity& Mysore Road industrial areas.

I have paid booking amount INR 70000, now iam unable to pay balance amount due to financial problems, please refund my booking amount.

Thanks for addressing my request in very short time. I appreciate prompt response on my request raised earlier regarding refund of my token amount.
