Godrej Nurture, Electronic City, Bangalore

Godrej Nurture is a group of good apartments located in Electronic City- Phase 1.
The prime and easily accessible location, the amenities provided, the well maintained lush greenery in the common areas and the good maintenance services makes it stand apart from all the other apartments located nearby.

Think twice before settling in this society. Their maintenance team is by far the worst, most laid back and rude. Even if you raise an issue or complain, you’ll be removed from groups. Your voice will not be heard. No point of spending so much for such poor service.
BTW don’t get fooled by 5-star ratings as most of them are either part of the Godrej sales team or brokers in disguise or owners wanting to resell their property. The society maybe good, but the maintenance team and management is hopeless. If you need honest feedback, connect with some of the residents.

Wat a pity. The 2BHK is like a match box. Even 3BHK is also like a match box only. They quote 45k as rent.some no options north Indians will fall for it

Carpet area is just 673 sq ft as per RERA but the dealer said 900 sq ft. It is totally isolated from the city.

A good property but currently sold out. It is still getting developed campus wise, people have moved in. Also the builder does not allow any modifications like ac hole in different direction or drilling holes bigger than certain set sizes, this is to keep house insurance active it seems I heard.

Very bad 2 bhk room. Its very small and conjested. For these rooms they are charging 38-40 k per month as a rent. Which is unacceptable. Dont fall in hype and dont pay rent so high its not worth it at all. Actual rate of 2 bhk is 22 k and 3 bhk is 28k

If you wanna throw you hard earned money to hyped project you can invest in godrej, resale price quote for 2 bhk from 78 to 85. Build quality is not good compare to prestige sunrise park, prestige sunrise park, you will get flat for 83lakhs. Just think and invest. Just burgain for below 70 lakhs. Location is good

Not a great locality or apartment. The prices and rents are totally hyped up.

Looks like they dont have a sewage water drainage system. They are releasing it outside in the land inside the property behind. Eventually it will contaminate the entire air. It has become a nuisance and health hazard for people living in this area.

Very small flats. 991 sqft for 2bhk. Godrej seems to think that they can sell small Mumbai like flats at Mumbai rates. That is more than 10000 per sqft, which is equivalent to rates in Bangalore main.

Unscientific construction, there is a wall in front of the lift, we had to ask around to find the position of the lift.

Avoidable, both for rent and purchase

Horrible experience, the person name Padmeni (Customer care manger) and Sindhu (Unfortunately my relationship manager) both are irresponsible and highly unprofessional. I have booked a unit and I do not have any contact option except them to reach out Godrej. They have abused me also billed unnecessary amount where they do not have any explanation. I want somebody responsible person to reach out to me.

Now the real estate mafia for their own commission and the last segments owners are in a great need of money and due to GREEDY FOR MONEY, the project price has increased like 1.5 cr, 2cr.which is totally double the local market price of this locality. One thing is that the POSSESSION is reaching soon, the agreement will complete and they have to dispence full amount to the Builder. That is max 77 L for max sqfeet flat. Plus registration charges. Not sure what is the great to get this project with DOUBLED price. After 2year the property will be just like Prestige. No water, get Tanker water.
NEarnest bus stop almost 2 km away. Night traveling in a scary deserted area as all companies will.shoutdown by then.
Nearby waste piles, no one care what great project was that. There is no worth in getting doubled price apartment ain't this area.if anyone wish ti buy this property, see the price on top.

Excellent location, There are many IT companies and IT parks located within 2 km from Godrej Nurture. Moreover upcoming Metro yellow line Electronic city station just 2.1 km from Godrej Nurture. Also NICE ring road and the preposed Peripheral ring road is near by this area. I think investing in Godrej Nurture is value for money

Never buy Godrej Properties!
I am a customer of Godrej Azure in Chennai. The marketing team promised us for the apartment in March 2022, but still they haven't handed over the apartment to us. The manager's name is Narayanan and he always tells a date in next 2 months, but they will never handover on the said date. The meaning of "move in within 1 month" in Godrej is "move in within 1 year". Customers have to have the mindset to plan both EMI and rent for 1 year before buying a property with Godrej. They will not keep up their words! Beware! Think before buying!

It's a very nice and well planned real estate project by Godrej Properties Limited turning towards its completion

I bought a property here i love the property but couple things which i didn't like is with sales department for ex. When i bought the property they told kitchen slab will be there now when i visited the site it's missing later my manager mentioned it's not there under contract but sales people misguided me.

Over hyped project, most of the 5 star rating was given by their people 3 months ago when this project doesn't itself exist

Please share the layout plan. BDA is planning Peripheral Ring Road and which will go through this property. I want to see the layout plan before investing.
