Living here will be a costly affair, but it's ok, if someone is ready to pay a rent of ₹ 80000/- p.m. Or to own at and around ₹ 3 cr. + for at least 3 bedroom apartment.

Honestly don’t buy here! Rent post negotiation.brokers have lost their mind telling it’s the market that decides.honestly folks who will buy now onwards will lose money and will take a decade to even get back to this pricing! Good luck!

This people dont allow delivery partner inside from 11pm to 6 am so if you are ordering pizza then you need to eat cold.if you order 10 min grocery like blinkit and instamart then you will get by 20min late because the delivery partner have to walk a mile to deliver.disgusting rule so don't think about the discount also think of facilities before buying now days scammers have good image i guess @godrej worst

A mediocre society with very congested space and amenities.
Very less greenery. More like an urban jungle. People who have praise greenery here should visit any other standard society to understand what it actually means.

There are worms in STP tank which means it’s not even sanitary to use your own toilet. The water that comes out is deep yellow which is extremely unhygienic and might lead to Unkown disease. This problem is there since the handover but there is no solution. Quality of house and layout is also very bad. In no way this could be a job of tier1 builder.
There isn’t enough space for events because of which residents have to suffer.
The cultural committee keeps organizing events in whatever place they find which means first 5 floor people cannot do anything during that time. There’s loud noise due to speakers and harmful gases coming out of different stalls.
The tower of the building is right at the road which attracts lots of noise from the road and metro construction (god knows what will happen once metro starts)
One of the nearby pub keeps playing high volume music till 11: 30 on weekday and till 1-2 on weekends which adds to the pain for people living here. I doubt there’s any solution to this problem.
I feel stuck after putting my hard earned money in this.
All in all a basic society which is overhyped by builder.

Very big housing complex with all aminities. Feel good looking good, and is also resonble at 2cr on heart of wihtefield

Horrible place that has loud blaring music playing or constant functions in the clubhouse all day making the experience of staying here horrible

This is a great appartments with all facility especially the security team is much available every time.

Bought an apartment here after many years of restraining myself buying an apartment in this city. But did so trusting Godrej's name & it's a huge disappointment & regretting decision that i ever made.

- Very poor planning and construction, parking lot always gets flooded after some heavy rain which is common in Bangalore. Not just the parking lot, even the ground floor exterior area gets flooded. I had to almost swim (almost half a feet of flood) to my block entrance from the taxi on the ground floor to reach the reception. Godrej & United owners don't care.of course, they already got their money.

- We get a lot of red worms in our STP water for the last 8 months, till now it is the same case though they claim they did their maintenance.poor maintenance.

- Lot of shoddy and patch up works done around, i understand the snag list for any new apartment is reasonable, but never seen like this! Nothing to claim this is a premium apartment. It is a delusion to believe anything premium over here.

- I read and saw the videos & it is the same case with Godrej Air Next. Flooded Parking & water entering into the houses, etc. It shows that Godrej maintains their incompetence with the apartments that they build.

The conclusion is that, it's very disappointing! Can't believe this is what you will get after spending your hard earned money. Don't fall for the Brand name. It's not worth your money. Research & spend somewhere else.

Nice apartment complex, modern interiors and good walking space. Has a basketball and badminton court.

It's one of the best residential housing society to stay in Bangaluru. It's campus is very huge. It's made by one of the biggest, known, reputed builder of Mumbai namely Godrej. Half of the Bombay 's land is owned by Godrej.

Small newly built society, good for nuclear families. Situated next to a busy road, so road facing flats can be quite noisy though the inner ones are peaceful. Most owners are renting out their flats so interior work is getting completed. Has a small pool and club with recreational activities like TT, pool table etc.

Great apartments near Whitefield. Very near to the new metro construction. Cost is bit on higher side. Have 1bhk 2bhk and 3bhk. Very convenient for the employees in Mahadevpura Whitefield ITPL

Excellent location. Well designed flats with superb ventilation and breeze.nice open spaces greenery and facilities. I have seen a lot of flats from big builders. If we talk about 2000 sqft difficult to find such big living area in the flat

Great apartment complex. Bang on at metro Station. Good amenities inside and landscaping. The apartments inside are spacious and great.

I am extremely disappointed with the way things are handled post notice of possession. They always followed up for few days delay in payment but least bothered about finishing and snag points once the payment is done. During complete lock down we could not t take possession as per notice and we had to pay the penalty (they stated handover will be impacted if penalty is not paid). The agency they have hired did not even bother to give true copy even after multiple follow up and pleading. The sales and marketing team who were so proactively behind us for purchase and payment does not even respond to our calls post payment
Now it has been 3 months since handover the place is still not habitable with fungus that has developed on walls and still not rectified even after multiple follow ups.

We trusted the brand value of Godrej and invested our hard earned money and this is the quality of construction and treatment we get. The feedback given for the survey has gone to deaf ears.

Having an extremely traumatic experience working with Harsha Harindran. Low integrity, incompetence and unresponsive communication leading to a handover that has lasted for 6 months. Also, no response/communication on refunding the additional amount taken from me by Harsha.

Somebody from Godrej needs to come down on the ground to see how customers are handled. I am not able to get things done and staff not living upto the brand name.

It's worth buying. Absolutely loved this place. You have a club house and lot of open space for jogging and visitors parking. It's very open. And the flats are very well designed. Love this place.

There are investors who have blocked the apartments at the time of booking and now they are seeking a profit of 50-60 lakhs. It is another set of boxes, no difference from any other apartment but expectations are too high. The sales team is horrible. One told me that ground floor flat is available but when I reached there, they said its not available. It is a Trap. No resale value for these apartments

It' has lot of open spaces.along with neatly maintained garden and round the clock security personnel at the main gate and at every tower.

They need to throw that lady named Saima out of the marketing team there! Doesn’t have the very basics to talk to a customer, She can think of you as a broker n continue to ask questions with that attitude of hers! Not realising she is doing a very basic marketing job & no Ambani sitting is on the hot seat there! Huh. Bad experience

Upcoming nicely, very conveniently located and perfect place for working professionals. Center of Whitefield tech parks, ORR tech parks and Manyeta tech park.

Give them ur phone number at ur risk. I went there to c the project and told them not interested but now I get a call from some or other person everyday telling me that I am interested in their flat and when I am coming there next! Have received atleast 15 calls in last 3 weeks. Looks like no one is buying in this project and they r desperate to push u into buying

Having invested in Godrej property in Electronic City we are totally disappointed. We thought we are booking a branded apartment which will look classy. What we have got is a horrible looking entrance with a "nalla" going right in front of the gate. No landscaping done and it has been treated as a dumping ground. Put life savings on this and have been cheated by the builder. The building has got cracks outside which is being hidden by the builder. Do not invest in Godrej without complete information as they are only lending their brand name and taking all the money.

Apartment is in nice location and construction quality is decent. However, be careful from their marketing and CRM team and cautious with their offers when booking apartment. In order to sell the flat they would provide a number of offers but they are all bluff and they will not fulfill their commitment.
Certain fixtures that they say are premium however are of average quality and there is no transparency on the type of material used.

Absolutely awesome location. All the malls, Decathlon, Metro Cash & Carry, and the Metro station itself is like a stone's throw away.

Launched in 2013-14 (or before that) and possession is in Dec 2020, can't believe that brand like Godrej is doing this and apart from delay this is an absolutely overpriced project

I was interested in this project but after carefully considering all the facts I came to the conclusion of not buying it. I have listed my perspective, decision is yours

- very costly (5899/ sqft) considering the facilities they are providing (had it been sobha I could have digested the fact)

- no outdoor games facilities, tennis court, basketball, cricket pitch etc, no indoor badminton court

- now see what are they providing as indoor games (really ridiculous) - chess, cards, carom, table tennis and squash court (which most of us don't play:) )

- they are claiming low density apartments and 80% open space and all, but I think they are intentionally under utilizing the space to save the cost, other builders are also providing 80% open space but after giving all the amenities. In Godrej United, builder is wasting lot of space in unnecessary landscaping, in the brochure they have mentioned something like natural rock preservation for landscaping apart from that area behind panaroma tower is complete waste. So basically we get less space for utilization

- Weird designs: floor plans for individual units are not great, e.g. If you look at typical 2.5 bhk kitchen and dining are not connected, weirdly adjusted 0.5 room as study room that too exactly in front of main door, if you look at some 3 bhk you will get one bedroom on left/right side as soon as you enter the home

- 2.5 bhk is priced at 1.2 crore including registration, just imagine you if you want to resale after 2-3 years, now who will pay more than 1.2 crores to buy a 2.5 bhk? Someone would buy 3 bhk rather than buying 2.5 bhk

- I know garudacharpalya metro station is opposite, but is it really a selling point? Just imagine the traffic situation after that - more taxis-ola, uber, two wheelers, buses in addition to the already existing IT traffic, phoenix and VR mall traffic, not sure about parking facility at metro station if its there then it will be worse.

- surrounding area is not that great, doesn't look like a posh locality

- no basic facilities in nearby area like milk shops, grossary shops, medical, family restaurants etc. (I guess there is something inside brigade metro-police)

- didn't see general physician / dental clinics in nearby area (I may be wrong here)

- Godrej staff sales/ CRM is completely unprofessional, unqualified and disinterested (beware of sales staff after you book the unit through them they don't even pick up your call or respond to your email, they are just interested in their commission)
