HRC Ibbani

Ibbani HRC is truly one of the best societies I have ever come across. The amenities provided are excellent, and it is especially great for families with kids. Despite being a small society, the quality of amenities is top-notch, offering a premium experience.

The society has taken special care to ensure that the amenities cater to the needs of both adults and children. The facilities provided are well-maintained and designed to enhance the overall living experience. From recreational spaces to fitness facilities, there is something for everyone.

I love the name ibbani. Which is a kannada word it means a water droplet. The view from top is very good area around is getting very much improved is a good sign

I don't know about the apartments itself, but the pool, clubhouse and other common spaces were amazing!

Very good maintenance and perfect location in Bangalore to be traffic free and everything is nearby to access and afford.

This place is very secured & safe, they have 24 hrs security @ the entry gate, they have non stop water, electricity & gas
They have lot of amenities Swimming Pool, GYM, Tennis Ground (Synthetic Court) play area for kids which are well maintained, they have lot of plants around the building, they even have a Bigbasket kiosk in stilt parking

Nice club house with all amenities.
Very well maintained security, security personal will be present at very corner in the vicinity.
Small swimming pool but clean and well maintained.

The apartment location, build quality and amenities are excellent.

Most disappointed with the builder who doesn't value relations (close to 15 flats sold through my reference with no commission).

Landowners share seems to be still available at this apartment at a price lower than the builders price!

Please change the location back to original location and handover the HRC Ibbani listing to association

Excellent locality, well constructed, well connected with good amenities and well managed society. Truly a happy and enthralling place to live.

Have been living here since the last 2 years. It’s a great place with excellent amenities and the quality of construction is good. It’s absolute value for money, considering the apartment costs in other parts of the town. Best part is, this part of the city is not crowded. There is lots of open space around, thus there is abundant light and fresh air. It’s really not that far from the city centre and has good access roads. The locality is good and there are many good schools nearby. Outer Ring Road is just a 15 mins drive. Yelahanka Farmers Market is close-by thus giving us a great access to fresh fruits and vegetables. 2 really beautiful lakes are a 5 min drive from this apartment.

One of the best project in north Bengaluru Good quality construction with occupancy certificate and KAVERI water. We live here since last two years. Very nice environment

This project is in the shape of h horse shoe type which itself is vasthu wise very good.
Being next to Vibgyor school is major advantage for this.
This has a vibrant community from all over India, and have 5 star rated amneties, which include a swimming pool, gym
