Worst service, waiting time too long. No time sense.office hours starts at 9, but employees come after 10. And no time sense and value for ppl time

I personally feel it's a good place for students who study abroad which helps them to overcome in financial support like currency

Very bad company, its been 90 days I submitted all the documents for claim, every time they will ask new documents even though I submitted everything, they won't respond for calls, very late process

According to my experience, the staff is good. They are polite and helpfull and u can get ur work done easily.

She made every policy details clear and helped me finding a better policy.still helps me if I have any query, she doesnt hesitate to help me anytime.

Mukhaboob is very professional and helpful, he is one the customer rep in the branch. I ha an issue with one of my policy payout and it was resolved immediately. I am really happy with the service.

I taken hdfc life insurance 6 years before, now i received cal from some one they telling some share amountOF 2,80,000 with HDFC, if i need to get that money i need to take some policy value of 60000, i asking office address of the person who talking...

Pathetic service. Preeth Chermana higher grade assistant at revival counter worst experience. Talks on personal and taunts. Not at all professional. Also there are no straight answer given by her. Talks as if they are doing a favour.

Lift works. Quite clean office and doesn’t look like a typical government office. Sizeable parking space.

Very bad service. Struggling for updation of chasis and engine number in new policy. They have given a target time of 12 days for a simple request. They say system integration problem, in what way we are responsible for their fault of integration...

Reliance general insurance is not a trust worthy company, my sincere suggestion is please don't buy insurance from here, you will have to struggle a lot to get your claim reimbursement.
