They provide various insurance services under the name of SBI which has got large custmer base. Due to covid they also provide mobile based life certificate to the insurance pensioners.

Third class branch office don't buy any policy from agent raghupathi last from 2 month am asking claim status even they not providing wrost employees

Service is quick, but vehicle parking for test especially car is not having sufficient space. But also you can test. Only one car space is infront of testing point.

Staff shortage, no new appointment.
Takes very long time to get receipts.

Condition remains the same.
Two more staffs are getting ready to retire

Please dont take term policies from this company.worst service …dont respond once payment is done o for refund
