One of the best located Apartment, Everything is so close by, People are friendly and helpful, have stayed there for long time, A three bedroom is 2190 square feet, so rare to find so spacious and well ventilated, with lot of light, spacious balconies for plant lovers. Close to kamanahalli, Kothnoor. Hardly any distance from ring road.

We are staying in 3 bhk apartment but using 2 bhk and giving 3bhk maintenance which is very high as society is not giving that much good amenities, apartment size is very good, spacious but every day you have to deal with stp tank smell in the house, which is some times intolerable. The apartments lift sometime doesnt work which gives in result people stuck in the lift.location is good outside you will get all utility shops, hospital, super market.due to huge traffic house is full of dust, noisy and pollution.
