I have been living here for the past ten years and it is the best place in this area to live in, in my opinion.

Although parking is dark and tight, society seems good with amenities like swimming pool and table tennis.

A local Broker/Agent who assisted me during 2017 for bachelor sharing accommodation duped me and my roommate with 7500₹ (each). He didn’t make Rent agreement with us as promised and when we asked him to provide his details for safety purposes he refused and then suddenly disappeared with our money and details. Never heard from him again. Being in a new city and having experience with such people only ruins the image of the city and its people. Also, the neighbours were a bit rude and unhelpful to us (bachelors).

Lived here for a few years in a rented flat. The location and a few home owners are all thats good about this place. My whole experience, however, got ruined because of one person who calls herself "head of the association". There were several weird rules that people tolerated during pandemic times but this person's high handedness didn't end with government restrictions. She even had the audacity to tell people not to meet their family members in their own homes even when the govt had lifted restrictions! Her attitude towards tenants was comparable to a dictator running her state.just makes me wonder if she'd led a worthless life till she found this work and decided to make the most of it to torment people in any way she can.

I completely echo with most of the bad reviews.there is always a reason for marking lower starts and here goes my reason. Bit long but definitely worth the read - The only good thing about this society is the location. The association members are utter frustrated and disgusting people, lack behaviour to talk to people. Specifically a women named Poornima who I think has become self proclaimed "head of the association" and have narcissistic characteristics. During covid times when I needed severe medical help due to my flare up condition in fibromyalgia which happened due to my mother's sudden demise, she had ordered me to go to her apartment and get my medical condition verified because I requested to visit outside apartment twice a day for my therapies. Today I stand here 2 years down the line and look back.
I think i suffered a lot staying in KF as a tenant and if i could go back and change one thing that would have saved me from all emotional trauma and pain is on my decision in staying there on rent. Most of the house has sepage could be because of the infra, might be painted to hide it but you will get to see it once you stay there. Society rules are weird - cant walk after 9 pm in the society, morale policing, cannot walk hand in hand with your partner, cannot pat or show affection to stray animals inside the society, mustnt feed strays at all (this is a sin). During covid times sweeping and moping the common area was enforced to people that the couldn't deny.if you deny they came banging on the door and send multiple reminders on whats app. All these are mentioned so that you take a pause and think, you will spend your hard earned money as maintenance for which you wont get anything at all. All services are chargeable and the association people will make sure that you live under strict dictator. The association and specifically the women poornima lacks empathy, sympathy and most importantly common sense If this is what you want in return of good location and lesser maintenance, go for it. May be its worth the money but definitely not worth a quality living. Good luck to users and association, please take it as a feedback from a tenant and try improve on your team and stop schooling a society. Start building community and may be that save you from being imprecated by so many people before it starts taking toll on you beause the kind of pain you have caused me, none sud suffer at any cost.

Its on main road, so good for office goers to stay near to office.this place has all the facilities required for residential purposes

Simply worst community with lot of idiots who restrict everything in the name of precaution!
