We have taken the AMC since 2009 and the service is really good and also saved lot of money comparing to the branded service providers. Our lift was not down more than one day.

Lift has been under AMC since many years. Prompt service. For major or recurring problem, they take care to study the problem and correct the problem.

Terrible elevators and third class service. Our family had to go through such a trauma because of their terrible elevators and their worst service. My family who had a serious health problem had to get down through the stairs which aggrevated the problem to a huge degree. Would not recommend anyone in the right mind to choose this elevators for your house or company, unless you want to have a horrific experience like me.

Its a worst place i ever seen, they wont pay their vendors on time also really unprofessional and they even don't know how a lift works. LOL, Pls pls its my request don't ever do any business with them!

Worst company! Gave them service for 6 years from our building but after annual term completed they won’t even turn up if there is any emergency. Very bad response to the customer from staff lady. Pregnant women and old people using lift for any emergency what to do if this is a situation.they want only money!

Very bad overall experience. Until you make the purchase everyone is very courteous but after we pay they start their games and show their inefficiencies.
I also see that all their employees have given 5 star rating on google!

They have put a soft lock on the control panel of our lift as we did not agree to give them the AMC, and refusing to open it until we give the maintenance contract to them.
They delayed regulatory inspections by 6 months after installation during which we had not taken handover of the lift. Then they said even though lift is not used the 1 year of free service includes those 6 months also.
At the end of 6 months the soft lock on control panel is applied and we are unable to use the lift after spending lakhs of rupees on it.

One of his worker suffered Heart attack

Company did not take any responsibility even not admitted in nearst medical on emergency basis
Left him to die there in a auto

Informed His wife after 1 hour and She came after 1 hour till that time person died

Please take care of Employee and show humanity

At least help them so that their family can survive

I am not telling to give from profit at least compensation amount
