Due to open space the view is good, but this is an advantage only for owners of the flat.
1. Management committee is highly corrupt,
2. Heavy charges on move-in/out [literally not a single help, but the charges are like 4K],
3. No proper security, have witnessed frequent item stolen and damaged
4. Most of the money spent on events and show casing the apartments; not into the actual needs, such as sewages treatment, water supplies
5. Management and few owners are only running, those too highly corrupt, shoulder tapping mutually.
6. Questioning management or raising an issue is Anti-Kannadigas, am not sure how even these are related.
You will find high ratings only from the owners.
