Good place having lots of space and other activities with club house and a small park back side with lake which is very helpful and nice place for walking and spending some good time with photoshoot options.

It contains:
- badminton ground
- basketball ground
- swimming pool
- table tennis
- lawn tennis
- and many other club house and grounds
- it's own 5star resturant
- well balanced and big parking area

It also contains a good security.

If you are planning please consider it's actually a good place my relatives are living there and it's actually good.

Outdated and old fixtures. Horrible pest management, cockroach infestation that does not go even after multiple pest control. Club house steam room broken since years, pool needs repair since forever.
This apartment is a capital of COCKROACHES. Even after maintenance charges touch 10000/- PM. How is it rated so high here is a mystery.

Only 3bhks available. Otherwise exemplary facilities. They also have an exclusive lake for their residents.

Great society with good security measures, well maintained place with fantastic natural scenic views. Lake access from the society helps getting regular walks /jogs thats needed. Overall a good place to stay within the hustle bustle of the city traffic.

Secured environment for everyone. Kids play area is nice.lush green campus is an add on to the beauty.
The maintainance of this place is really good.
Expensive but worth living in here.

One of the best residential societies in all of Bangalore. Best part is the location - it's right next to a large forest area which makes for stunning views. Additionally there is Columbia Asia hospital right next door so it's very convenient to be so close to excellent medical facilities. Double Tree Hilton is within the same campus and offers discounts to residents of Mantri Flora at their restaurant.
The management is proactive about looking into complaints of any kind. Overall society is managed quite well. Good security. On call services like plumber, carpenter, electrician easily available. Grocery store within the complex for dry ration and fresh produce. Access to a beautiful lake. Can't ask for more!
One downside is that recently traffic noise has increased a lot due to proximity to Sarjapur Road and Ring road - both busy at all times.

It shares same entrance as Hilton, Access cards based entry into blocks. Balconies are big and spacious. Apartments are well planned.

Mantri flora is an excellent residential society and very well located. Rooms are not all that big and hence deducted a point.

A great neighborhood with approx 250 apartments. Plenty of Schools nearby, a hospital and a five star hotel in the compound

I loved this place for thier level of security, cleanliness, maintaining the better place to live in. It's not a budget friendly apartment.

Great place to live in, fun community, close to everything one needs in a city, lot of sports facilities, a lake complete with jogging track with exclusive access, nice swimming pool, great neighbours and kids of all pages, what more to ask?
