We were here for a function in banquet hall. Quite a good community comfortable looks like but lots gradients.not a flat place. I am not sure about other issues here

No words to describe! One of the best gated community in India. Well and Neatly maintained.

It's a very pleasant place to live, all facilities are available there, ambience is good

Visited family here and apartment community is very good and maintained well. It has all the amenities and has several pathways and parks, feels relaxed while being there inside the community.

First generation complex in Bangalore built around 2006 or so. Maintenance average. Facilities are above average. Transmission line passing through property has not been rerouted as per promise of builder. Cauvery water supply is present. Has a major issue with BBMP about infringement of Rajakaluve. May be it is resolved.

Nice community living where all things are made available to the resident from grocery to doctor and everything

Beautiful place.i had been there to put up a stall for a flea market and fell in love with the place.

Full marks for the lung space. Gardens are maintained very well.
STP and recycling adopted. Wastage collection and disposal are well organized and executed.

My daughter stays here with her family. Often I visit specially on Sundays/ holidays since both my dayghter & son-in-law work from home during week days. Good gated locality live in. All facilities like shopping etc available

This is the most pathetic apartment I have stayed. Management always fights amongst themselves. If you read the language used on Apnacomplex app you will once doubt if civilized people live here. They have ongoing court litigation. I'm not sure but maintenance money is used to fight those litigations.

Maintenance charges varries every quarter and is on higher side. Apartment build quality is poor. Maintenance guys plumber, carpenters are also useless. Better hire private guys or do yourself if you can.

Good apartment. My friend stays here, hence visited several times.
Only drawback is high tension wires crossing through the project. One can hear continuous hissing sound while you stand near to those wires.

Tucked away in a corner, it seems a peaceful society with lots of lung space, thanks to the HT wire cutting through the premises. Accessibility to the main road is average.

The apartment is huge and has all possible facilities. The flat are cozy yet spacious. Security is good and there's lush greenery present around. All amenities like hospitals and schools are close by. Turahalli hills border one side of the apartment.

I am starting here for many years. The property has lush greenery inside very beautiful landscaping we have. Over all well maintained community

It's probably one of the most calming apartments you could find in Bengaluru. That's all I gotta say

It is a large complex but quite in side from main road. There is no shops etc around the complex.

Aging complex with a vibrant community. Lots of open space thanks to high tension wire passing through the property.

It's a Good society with all the basic & necessary things required, so you don't have to go far out shopping, gym, swimming or any other sports related game are available here with a a very well security as well.

Nice apartment and a really well maintained gardens, good maintenance of apartment workers, very spacious and nice and pleasant neighbors

Old building and pathetic lift areas with cockroaches. The lift is not well maintained for a 12+ floor apts.
