Beautiful apartments.our friends live here and the place is lovely… good green area with decent people as a community. Multiple children’s play area and now pool is also functional. Tennis courts are there. All children’s activities inside the apartment which is very convenient.
Also all new breweries and restaurants are nearby which is a plus in Bangalore traffic.

Good n well maintained gated community. Phase 1 executed well but other phases having lot of issues. This review can be considered for phase 1.

A concrete jungle tucked away in the outskirts. 10 mins to Hennur Main Road, is the only place where civilization exists. Still 5 years for this region to develop. The project has also been stopped due to litigations. Campus infra is good and pretty self sufficient. Maids, Cleaners, Groceries, Cabs, School Buses.all available.

Great place to stay in the Kothanur-Hennur area. A great group of residents and a very well laid out building area. Amenities include swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, walking area, children park and pet park. All festivals and occasions are celebrated with great vigour. Ideally placed closed to Bharatiya City offices, Bharatiya City Mall, Manyata Tech Park and KIAL.

The location and approach is good. But Mantri failed to deliver. No one is able to help you resolve the issues.

NEVER - Beware of their misleading marketing campaigns. Huge delays, 10 years and still waiting. DO NOT get fooled by their marketing campaigns. Numerous court cases agaisnt the builder in RERA, NCLT, NCDRC, criminal cases etc. Stay away.

Didn't like it at all.ready to move flats.rate is also less than market.but so much out of the city.legal cases are also there.

Why no legal action on its builders, owners and co-partners even with 1000+ buyers got cheated from 2014?

This is India, Politicians works for Cheaters to get their political party fund, RERA is a joke and a body of officials to ensure these frauds are protected.

@Ozone Urbana also cheated, cheating from 2012.around 800+ paid 90% (almost 60L to 92L) per person paid and still no justice to any buyer.

Everyone who are categorized as A+ builders in Bangalore are cheater, and supported by useless uneducated politicians.
Chief minster @Bommai says, this is not under his are of control.

Civil COurt has given 6 times change in date of handing the unit to buyer and every time buyer gets new date but not justice.
Still we pay tax to serve India.

India is unfit nation for common tax payers.

An ok place to stay. Spaced out. But only stay if you're ok with powercuts 25 times a day. The power disruption only lasts for a minute or so. Just annoying

If you are looking for a specious, breathable flats then Mantri Webcity is the best place.
But If you are looking for a fully loaded society, then choosing the Mantri Webcity is not right. Club house, swimming pool (under construction).
But despite all the problems, it is a good place to live in peace. There are plenty of trees around. 24×7 water supply, power backup, security, laundry service, pipe gasline.

Mantri webcity had many issues as the brand was in trouble in last few years. Construction is delayed alot.

Sociaty as such is beautiful, big and well maintained.

I am staying next to web city.i occupied my flat 5 yrs back but portion of Mantri webcity still construction not completed. Don't know the reason why work is held up there.one can feel the pain of people whom purchased/ booked homes in webcity. Hoping earlier solution to complete construction works.

I have purchased 3bhk apartment in parcel 3, i think its one of my best decision to go ahead with it.
Project has come up really good, Best project to stay in Hennur, with lots of greenery and open space.

It has both ready to move and under construction flats, large area of the campus. Club House is not yet complete. Flats are of good quality.

Delay in handing over was the issue.

Mantri Developers Pvt Ltd while constructing "Mantri Webcity" probably forgot to use cement while constructing waĺls.

Do not even think of buying this property. We bought the flat in 2014 and its going to be 8 years and we still do not our flat yet. The date that was given to us was 2017. You are going to get prompt responses and great customer service till the time you book the apartment. Once you pay the money, that's it, you would have to wait a lifetime to get anything at all. The worse part is that the CRM's and the owners give a hoot about your life and predicament. They have conned enough buyers and are still roaming free and so they are confident that they can con a lot more. I can guarantee that the quality of work is also going to be extremely shoddy given that the project has been delayed by so much, they are going to cut corners at all places to get stuff ready. Please DO NOT buy a property here, you are going to lose your sleep for many many years if you do so.

Very beautiful roads and trees and sunrise view is out of the world.

Could have an ATM and a grocery store inside the compound.

Very average building and maintenance, no proper play area or park, no proper gate to check security anyone can enter

Very good locality in north Bangalore. I have gone through their project and similar projects nearby. Mantri Web city is a good option.

Don't buy any property from Mantri, they are big cheaters, 1000+ homebuyers are invested in this property more than 8 years still they've not completed.

Now they started advertising for this property to trap new innocent home buyers, we are waiting from past 8 years.so beware Mantri is a big FRAUD.

This is a very huge complex there are towers till w, x, y. Though a part of it is still under construction, but the flats are very good and spacious from inside the only problem you'll probably here face is the balcony cause flats in few towers have got only one balcony which is very small and you might have to find an alternative for drying clothes.

First of all they took all the money from the buyers and then abruptly stopped the construction

Do not book here. Look elsewhere to invest your hard earned money. Unprofessional builder and worst CRM. Check the number of RERA cases against Mantri. All those 5 star reviews are fake. Please do fact check.

In agreement with all reviews regarding Mantri fooling and cheating folks. We bought in 2014 and have been paying loans since. Till date we do not have possession. Lets all start a whatsapp group like one of the guys suggested. Our hard earned money is in Question!

Hi folks, I am also in a similar situation, I booked an apartment at Webcity back in 2015, paid my down payment and have been paying my mortgage payment. I did receive the preEMI payment for sometime and then it stopped. I have visited the site a few times throughout the past 4 years. We continually have been told that it will done in 6 months, 6 months go by and hardly any progress. I am wondering if everyone here wants to start a whatsapp group or some other forum so we can all stay in touch and at some point take legal action against Mantri? I am living in the US which makes it even more difficult to stay informed on the progress or lack thereof.

Before you buy from mantri.please check history of builders and background of project. Or else you will fail.

Cheater and Scam project. Using money of investors in this project to build other projects and leaving this in an incomplete stage almost never to be completed and delivered to its buyers.

Pathetic Builder.does not stick to commitment.project delayed for years and no progress yet at site. People giving good ratings are fake.people who rate 3 and above can please go and live under current status of construction.

Mantri web city is built in a very nice locality, most of the facilities are nearby, worth staying here since there is less pollution.

I would like to give no stars to this Developer. He has looted our entire money and enjoying his life. Guys don't get fooled by 5 star reviews, it looks like these are hired for this job only.

North Bangalore needs a project like Webcity. This project has everything to offer in terms of location, space and security. Most suitable for people working close to Manyata tech park, people working in SEZs in the North part of Bangalore and frequent air travellers. It's just a max of 30 minutes to the airport but yet not far from habitation. It gives it's residents enough and more lung space and the spacious club house is an added advantage to cater to the entire family. Investing in the North is the way forward.

Mantri has always stood the test of time as a dependable and reliable partner in developing your home! Although, real estate is going through a slump, Mantri's committment in making things happen is commendable.

Saw this on the way to the Airport. Best part about this project is that it is closer than most other projects to the Airport. Perfect for the jet set crowd of Bangalore. Although, did hear about a few delays in the project, Sales staff were up-front about information and details of the project! Worth looking into.

This project was launched in 2013 at that time some of us booked and till this day are waiting with all the false promises made by Mantri Developers. This project is an eyewash to raise money using innocent people who can take huge loans from banks and give it to Mantri developers where as per banks Mantri developers are top builders in India and they will release the entire loan amount to Mantri. This way a common man is pledged with bank for the sake of Mantri. Those who wish to support Mantri and mortgage themselves to banks must book this project.

This project has been delayed for couple of years. Mantri needs to take an action and give possession to the customers who has put in their hard earned savings money to have a home of their own

Absolutely shameless management.will keep on giving false commitments, but won't bother to implement it. Their Propcare service is even worse, green cover in Phase 1 is has weed, overgrown bushes and dying plants as they do not have money to support the right strength of gardeners.

We booked in Phase 2 in 2015. Till now there is no confirmed date of delivery.
95% of the flat price is already paid to Mantri.
When we booked they assured to give the flat in Dec 2017, but there is no sign of completion. They keep deferring the delivery date

Protests don't help at all. You guys only appear in the national/ State TV channels and a few newspapers may publish to give you some voice.
Suggest you all to gather in 100's, barge into Mantri's new under construction property opposite Lalbagh Main Gate and prevent construction activities. Just be brutal and block the entrance of the property/ labourers from working. Mantri management will feel the heat and respond to your concerns about delayed handover of Mantri Webcity.

Rating 1, as there is no 0 or -ve rating option. Booked flat in June 2013 by pushing my life into huge amount of loan. Possession date in agreement was Mar 2015.4 years passed, and still no hope of possession. Repeated mail and calls to Mantri officials land me only in false promises. Each time they tell possession date in next 3 months. What a bad decision of my life I took. I suggest each and everyone to book flat in Webcity. Only when I see more and more people in pain like that of mine, I would feel consoled (sick thinking).

There is no option to rate in negative.this project is a huge scam to cheat public and 100's of customers are suffering huge losses and facing law suits against them for buying Mantri flats. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this brand.

We booked in 2014 with pre-EMI and buy back option.
1. Buyback have not yet been honoured.
2. Pre-EMIs are pending for more than 1.5 years
3. Construction is not complete.
4. No definite response on above points (especially #1 #2)

Fell into a well set up trap of the Cheating Mantris 100s of home buyers cheated at Webcity promises on delivery & other areas not kept by the Fraudsters who seem to be above the law the CREDAI acclaimed Mantris who are Toasted & Awarded for Cheating. The more they Cheat the more they are awarded. CREDAI wake up to REALITY & help in blacklisting them

Invested in Mantri and getting court summons as returns. False promises, no EMI payments to bank. Total mismanagement

I have invested my all life saving hard money by paying 95% towards cost of the flat at Mantriwebcity in 2014-2016. Flat was to be allotted in Jan 2016. I am still waiting for allotment. I am now forced to live in a rented accommodation.

Worst decision of my life, I invested in Mantri Webcity. Waiting for my apartment since 2014. Developer keeps giving false promises and does not honor anything given in the agreement.
