Very unprofessional!
Doesn’t value customer at all…
I have been chasing for a parking lot sale from last 9 months! And they don’t seem to care.

The higher authority is not available to be contacted and the management people only make false promises that never convert into action.

They don’t even bother to give you any clarification!

WORST Customer service!

Question to owners: does this complex has all the legal papers in place like OC, A’ khata, fire NOC etc?

This apartment complex is well situated on airport road in Seegehalli, kadugodi, Whitefield area. Airport bus stops just beside/ across the road. Tata bazar Store is in front of the apartment property. Swimming pool is huge & Clean. There is a temple inside the property. Central area is huge & ample space for kids' playing is available.

Worst management, cheap and money minded management.today one of commercial vehicles driver went with some package to deliver for resident in this apparent nd by mistake vehicle container had touched to security entry desk’s shelter which was done by plastic sheet.so the sheet and the irod rod has little damage that could be repaired by just 1000 rs … but that bloody manager and some of his guys hit my driver nd took 6000 rs cash from him … this is totally disgusting from the management …

I visited this property few months back with reference of one my friend, location is really good and flat size also very spacious compared to nearby apartments. The construction quality is okish not like tier 1 developers. So considering all other things, we finalize one flat and decided to book it.
Now coming to the worst part, on weekend we finalize the flat, had discussion with my parents and on Tuesday i went there to book the flat with cheque book. And surprisingly the sales lady told us price got hiked by 10% non negotiable, even you cannot negotiate the price was conveyed to you 2 days back.
With all frustration we returned back.

Spacious and well built quality flats.
04 flats per floor only, with 02 lifts and 01 staircase.
Each flat is 03 sided open with beautiful sunshine coming from Sun and openness with very good air ventilation.
One can enjoy the coffee/tea on rainy or sunny days by stepping out on the 02 spacious balconies that each flat is having.
Evening/morning walks are pleasant, as there is a huge open space within the society.
The swimming pool, kids area, tennis court and many more other amenities are there, properly maintained by the association.

Nice community. Security is good. They can plant more trees so that we get fresh air. Children play area is good and swimming pool is good.

One flat I saw was full of cracks.so no comments on quality and I just came out after seeing it.

Nice apartment with new towers recently constructed. The houses are large and lots of amenities are available within the complex.

Location is really good. Very bad construction quality. I visited two flats F and G block, In both the flats one room had seviour vibration issue. U will feel very heavy vibration even if small kid jump around….

Overpriced and very unprofessional sales team. They will give random reasons for price increase and that too multiple times!

If there is option i will give -10* their sales Team is useless and management is so very unprofessional.they will quote some amount /sqft and if you will go to book they will increase price and say price increased in 4 days only.in 10 days 3 times they increased price that cost 10 lac more than what quoted and they will say some fake thing that some investor hag booked for higher price if you will give more than than then only we will give.i would suggest never buy their flats.material is also not good i have seen lot of cracks in their vacant flats which is just 4 years old only. Builder is so unprofessional and we can never trust. Amenities are also not all what they have written in broacher.

Entry gate is just beside the Shell Petrol pump. Good society. Opposite to INOX, and Kapoor's Cafe, who serve Authentic Punjabi foods.

Spread over 5.5 acres. 14 storey, 8 blocks.
The basement is heavily leaking at multiple places.
