Very good society. Features and amenities are also very good. Quite spacious, greenary, open space for walk, child play arenas are there, well maintained. You feel colder after entrance

Update June 2023: Do not rent out B904 in Nitesh Forest Hills. The owner does not return the deposit despite asking multiple times. He's a fraud and I would advise everyone to stay away from his property. If you've rented this place already, do not expect the deposit back.

Water comes back for an hour in the morning due to pipeline work. Then entire day they switch it off.
For the massive maintenance they take, they struggle to provide basic amenities.

Nice quaint colony with limited amenities very family oriented. Has a nice mix of North Indian families and local families. Pretty diverse culture

I have been staying in this apartment for 8yrs, it is a well maintained society and every thing is near my house like hospital, grocery, restaurant, schools etc.

Very pleasant place, well maintained society. Almost all facilities like market, Petrol, inox, food centers, star market is in walkable distance.

Every week for 2 days they will switch off water supply giving excuses of pipe repair. Water will be gone for more than 12 hours at a time with no alternative. Very inconvenient and staff do not have any answers even though they charge a ton of maintenance quarterly. Very annoying, do not shift here.

The people here have no problem taking pictures of you in your own apartment. Happened to us when we were living there. The management is good for nothing, the president cares about nothing and if your are not old people, like in your 50s, they are gonna do everything they can to make you feel unwelcomed. Also they have problems with dog, they dont say so, but they do.

I lived with my brother in law and sister.

Average residential society, staffs are active and friendly while members of society lacks in unity and human apathy. Covid management was very bad.
Water shortage is a big challenge here.

Plenty of walking area, spacious layout and has all amenities. Located next to market, shops, entertainment hub, restuarants and bus stop.

The society is a great place to stay in if you have your office in prestige shantiniketan or ITPL.gated, with all necessary amneities, open spaces for you to play football and cricket and even a coach who teaches your kids the same. The place around the society is good and not too pricey.try out the goli's vadapav or the samosas round the corner from the society.must haves when you around the place.

Modern community with decent middle class living. Lots of open space. Moderate amenities. Seegehalli is excellent location for residence if working in the Whitefield or KR puram area.

Nice society at main Hoskote Whitefield main road. This is the place where weekly follow up of art of living sudarshan kriya is carried out.

Very nice place for living. One of my relative lives here I went there to meet them. You will get fresh air and nice view from balcony.

The society is amazing and they have all kinds of security services.
The parking facility is also pretty awesome all the ground floor is parking and the kids will be pretty happy as they have a small cricket playing place and a park where football can be played also all kinds of swings for little children.
The place is named forest hills as the buildings are aspen as for A and birch as for B and cedar as for C.
They have club house facility and a little gym with some equipments not all.
Also have a pool to cool you off on days you feel the heat.

The NFH entrance gate is on main road.

Nitesh Flushing Meadows comprises of a set of towers in an adjoining interconnected plot and has more flats per tower as well as more floors.

AMBIENCE - The complex is the chosen and preferred for people looking to stay in a modern well managed commercial that offers all modern amenities

RENT - Those looking fr rentals can expect to pay about 19000-23000/- fr 2 BHK and 23-30000 (incl maintenence) fr 3BHK semifurnished apartments, depending on the location and interiors.

RWA - The builder is no longer involved and the elected resident association is looking after the maintenence giving residents a greater say in setting priorities and managing the complex. This has resulted in a drastic improvement over last 2-3 years.

BOTTOMLINE - So a must consider apartment if u are looking for peaceful relaxing stay in Seegahalli/Kaduhodi/Whitefield

It's a nice apartment with good facilities and good security service to safe guard you and your family

I have been staying here since 2011 and it is extremely spacious with full light and ventilation in every room.
