Beautiful place and well maintained with ample parking space covered with trees for visitors.

Very bad experience, security jitu ram doesn't know how to behave with guests especially with ladies.

Was a lovely apartment, really enjoyed the place, wonderful views in around the apartment full of greenary also has a club house, gymnaism, table tenis courtyard, pools playing area, has a park for kids, has open place for kids to play

Too good apartment with well maintained facilities. Well managed by the association keeping the residents informed eg. Protocols, COVID daily updates, quarterly reports, etc. Credits to lawn, park, ample space, cleanliness, security and maintenance etc. Thanks to the entire crew.

Heavy fortified apartment complex with lots of Security. For parking you can keep it outside the premises or if you're visiting someone they can arrange secure parking under the apartment.

Came to visit a home for rent, Firstly we had to search for a visitor parking for 10 mins as there is no visitor parking within the apartment. Very high rentals for old and the badly maintained place. There are newer projects and better in the vicinity of bannerghatta road at much lower rents.

Badly maintained landscapes and lawns, water logging in pathways with algae, open wiring in lawns. Seems like a well built apartment fallen victim to lax maintenance.

Very nice place with lot of space to walk around and good well designed vastu houses. In simple very well planned n designed apartment. But at the same time it's bomb expensive.

Oak Yard is mid sized apartment complex constructed around 2000. Beautiful place with large living spaces and ample open spaces aesthetically designs. Convenient located behind jayadeva. Value for money.

*Eid Al-Fitr* marks culmination of Muslims' fasting month called Ramzaan. This is being celebrated as Muslims festival on 05th June 2019 all over the world. During the fasting month, Muslims remain fasting through out the day and start eating after sunset to next day morning before sunrise. So, during this month there will be lot of "make-shift eateries" at various places wherever Mosques are there. I had visited one such place yesterday i.e, on 03rd June 2019 near my house at Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. The preparation of mutton, chicken, fish and other dishes are so amazing that I clicked some pictures and displayed here.
People of all casts and communites throng into such places and taste the delicacy of instant food prepared in front of you. There are kids zone with games, toys, horse rides etc. You get deserts, ice creams, kulfi, Tea and Coffee too. It is an enjoyable evening for the local community.

A well facilitated 7 storey apartment complex. There's a swimming pool and an atrium in the middle of the complex. The apartments are well maintained for the most bit. The bedrooms have large cupboards. The lifts definitely need a breath of fresh air. There's a good number of security personnel and outsiders/guests have to log their entry into the complex. Each apartment gets its own parking slot. No parking space for guests though.
