Very worst Bus service. They are cancelling the booking abruptly. The person is not speaking politely also.
Very worst time management too.

Recently traveled from Bangalore to Kochi, bus was not on time, late by almost 1 hour. Arrogant staffs, they never attend the calls. They were behaving as if we are traveling for free of cost.

Recently, I traveled on your bus from Chennai to Bangalore. However, during boarding, water bottles were not provided, and when I asked for them, they were not given to me. Considering the ticket prices of Rs. 1500 per person, it is disappointing that water bottles were not included, especially since other travelers receive them on government buses, including A/C sleepers and semi-sleepers. I believe the cost of a water bottle is only Rs. 10, and such cost-saving measures are unlikely to bring billion-dollar profits for your organization. It would be appreciated if you could inform customers at the time of booking that water bottles will not be provided.

Bus cancelled without proper prior intimation, Crew told that bus will come in 30 minutes, we have waited for 2 hours, crew put his phone switched off, later calling to help line they said that bus cancelled and they have not provided any alternative arrangements.

Bedsheets were so dirty, even after showing dal stains he kept arguing it's washed ones. Wasn't ready to change.
Even the curtains seem not washed since ages.
For what joy we have to pay 1k!?

Worst experience ever, the map doesn't work, the driver or the helper does not answer the call! Made us wait for 1 hour without informing! The bus is very unhygienic, not sure why I paid 1300 to travel from Bangalore to coimbatore in this dirty bus

The worst ugliest experience.wish i could post the video of how they maintain cleanliness inside.almost we can sleep in the bustop but not inside the orange bus!

I had 2 very bad experiences, 1st I found cockroaches near my pillow. 2nd I canceled my return ticket but i didn't get any refund.

They confirmed me that the ticket is cancelled (1 day before the travel date) and refund will initiate and credit to your account in 4 working days. However, it didn't, when I called to inquire about it, today. Customer care people were blaming me that, I had traveled and I am asking money. I had to call multiple times in call center for the issue and I talked to, Supervisor Uday, TL- Bhaskar, and other 2 named Sandeep and Paul. Uday and Bhaskar asked me to connect to the agent and they talked in regional language and disconnected the call without giving any update. When I called again to CC, Uday and Bhaskar didn't come to pick my call. They just kept me hanging and asied the junior to tell me that they have gone for a management meeting. I TOLD THEM THAT I HAVE RECORDING OF CANCELLATION CALL, still they didn't take any responsibility towards serving a customer. I RECOMMEND NEVER TO TRAVEL BY orange tours and travels.

Don't risk your life taking this travels operator. I booked a sleeper for my mother and to my surprise the sharing berth was occupied by a male passenger. The same seat is given to occupied by many passengers by the time it reached my boarding point and the bed sheets are in pathetic condition. We denied the travel and got down from the bus. By god's grace got Go tours and travels bus to Hyderabad.

Travled in orange tours and travels from banglore to kochi, they are providing the same used blankets by someone for another journey, when asked to bus staff ask to call customer care, not responsible and rude staff

Writing this review to share my worst travel experience via orange tours and travels platinum- sleeper ac, on 29th sep from bangalore to kochi.every thing went fine initially. The bus arrived on time and the seats were full. But around 5 am the bus driver along with conductor permitted a gang of drunkards (around 10 people) without proper bus tickets inside the bus. They might have definitely collected money from this gang. And it started, These tipsy men who reek of stale alcohol, were loud, lecherous, and just waiting to create trouble. None of the passengers including me could react since they were a big gang. I was frozen from the time they got in. The conducter dint even bother to check. After a while he found seats for these rascals as passengers approached their stops. Full blame on the driver and the conductor for letting such people in for their personal benefit. On top of this the bus was not clean at all
. The curtains, sheets were filthy. Never again I will travel by orange travels.

There is no zero rating or negative rating to select. Hence going with 1.

Very worst experience with Orange Tours & Travels. Zero customer satisfaction and worst response by the customer care team.

We booked a ticket in orange tours and travels on 5th of October from Bangalore to Sivakasi. Bus was supposed to come at 10: 40 PM.we received bus cancellation SMS by 11 PM (by the way there was no call by the bus operator). If we dint read the sms or if someone might have booked the tickets on our behalf, then we have to wait thinking that bus will arrive anytime soon.

Around 15 Passengers + 2 kids were waiting at the road near madiwala police station. There is no Tours and travels office in that place and they don't even bother to arrange some travel to their nearby office. When everyone called the bus operator's call center, they told that we cannot arrange for any alternative.you arrange your own alternative.or we will change booking for next day. There were 5 young men who traveled all the way from mysore to catch this bus. Finally after too many calls and shouts, they told that there is one bus coming from Hyderabad to madurai at 2: 30 AM, you can go till Madurai and from there on you arrange your own modes to your home town, we cannot even extend the bus to your hometown even there are 15 or more peoples. Even for coutesy they dint asked if you need some arrangements, when we told that we are in the mid of the road with kids and the weather was at 20° and decreasing. Also they mentioned that we will refund remaining amount of this travel. There is no other option for us because all the bus to our place has already crossed Bangalore. This was the only option we had and we were to opt for this option.so we asked them to book that bus until Madurai. Their clever executives booked the alternative bus of the previous day (because of AM/PM confusion). When the bus arrived and when we told the seat number the co-driver told that it was not booked and we will not allow you to onboard. I tried to explain the situation, thay it was not my mistake it was your care teams mistake, he clearly told that I cannot onboard you and it is not our mistake, you go and figure this out. If you want to onboard, then give the ticket fare which is 2500 rs. This is happening at 3 AM in the morning after the long wait. I tried calling the care team and they were not responding. After 10 to 15 calls they responded and I gave that call to the co-driver and finally allowed me to onboard and he was shouting at us.

After everything is completed and with too much struggle we reached our home town and when we called the care team for refund of the remaining amount, they mentioned that, they will call me the next day. It's been a week now and I called them thrice and still no one called us back and never spoke about the refund. This is the same case with 8 of my fellow passengers (other cancelled their ticket and went back to their home) where no one was contacted even to ask how was your journey.

Worst experience with this orange Tavels. Iam begging u guys plz don’t travel in thisvery rude behaviour from drivers and they are not drivers behaving like nasty nasty people @orange travel

The worst bus service provider i have seen in my life
Drivers are very rude they doesn't how to talk to Passengers.
If you call Customer support instead of listening ur issue they will start talking to you very rudely.

Worst and rude behaviour by the driver this was the only time I have ever experienced this kind of service from @orange travels

The vehicle was 2 hrs delayed. They dropped the passengers at Electronic City and carried people in a mini bus to HSR. Dropped off Madiwala bound passengers mid way at silk board.

Worst experience from Bangalore to Belgaum on 27th august bus no. Ka51ac0447. Bus was late 1 hour. One of co passenger seat was leaking in rain. The driving was very rash. Felt like the bus will hit during whole journey. Multiple stops in between

I was traveling by Orange travels from Bangalore to Pune, the experience is wrost, they have allotted my seat to someone else after arguing with driver they asked me to shift somewhere else also they are taking passenger in between also they took the luggage as well.

In service industry, you need to give good service, but I had worst experience with orange travels, 4th of August I was travelling from Bangalore to Nagpur, driver and helper was so rude,
In time of diner, they stop for 15 min, I asked helper to wait for 2 min, due to order came late, but they went 15 km, we called not picked and so much arrogance, once we reach to bus, they did even apologies,
In next morning, helper did inform for my stations has come and he dropped my laptops bag,

I'm Booked coimbatore to chennai bus ticket. Very worst orange bus travels.
Time 12 clock light is on and very dirty. AC controller damaged. Bed and screen very very dirty. Please avoid orange travels

Bus from Bangalore to Mumbai doesn't stop here.
Stop is next to Madiwala police station, near to BPCL petrol pump in open, no designated stop, stand in open under sun and no sitting place or indication of stop.
0340pm bus comes at 0420 0425pm at Madiwala stop and reaches Yeshwantpur Stop around 0730 pm.
No stop for dinner.
Bus exteriors not clean and loads of scratches and dents.
Interiors: curtains, bedsheets are not clean, blanket is in plastic bags sealed.
500ml water bottle provided.
Next day reaches pune around 0730am and stops at Expressway food court at 1030am after request for washroom + breakfast.

EVERYONES LIFE WAS AT STAKE!
The bus got delayed 5 and half hours. Worst experience ever. Booked bus from Bangalore to Kodaikanal 8th July 2022 and the next morning between 4-6am the bus hit a bike and the guy died. This I believe happened near tamilnadu karnataka border. Later found out that the bus driver was drunk. This is very unprofessional from both the management and the driver. Our lives were at risk because of this.
Everyone please make sure that you guys check on the drivers from now on. If he is drunk or even any other slight issue with the bus. Don't board. Make a complaint and call the officials.

It was the worst day in my travel ever in a sleeper bus. I paid almost 2600+ rupees for a seat like this? I am sorry but I thought they were the best in travels. I was seated under L16 which was near the back engine and the heat air produced by it was fully burning my bed and the heat was was flowing through the sides of my bed … i used 4 blankets to cover the bed but still my body is heated up! I want to ask is that why do you keep these seats? It was not supposed to be a sleeper couch actually as its purely heat box! I have mentioned it to the driver and he was unable to do anything and told register a complaint… i mean compliant is secondary!
i need a place to sleep! I hardly slept on this travel! Thanks for making my trip tiering and the worst one!

This is the Worst travels, we chose this travels while traveling from Kochi to Banglore, they left us in the middle of nowhere in Banglore, they didn't take us to the drop location as they promised, with all the luggage we had to travel for 2hrs in Banglore to reach our drop point.
They weren't considerate towards female passengers.

One of the worst service, worst customer care service using all slang launguage to customer. Waited for bus for 5 hrs in mid night. No proper response from the orange travels.

One of the worst Transportation Service.
Had a horrific experiences when the bus travel time was doubled due to drunk people who made a ruckus and the driver and conductor ran away and it took 3 hours for a new driver to come.
Second experience was when they refused to arrange another seat for a senior citizen who was uncomfortable with the last seat and behaved rudely and arrogantly.

I had travelled from Bangalore to Trivandrum on a sleeper class A/C.
The bus arrived on time and reached the destination on time. Internal premises of the bus was clean and the blanket was good and offered 500ml bottle. You have customised Tv which has the internet connectivity all you need is to connect with your smartphone and steam the live.
Connect your wired headset to hear the sound from the TV, Bluetooth headphones will not support Tv. Overall response and service from the staff is good and treat you well.

Extremely horrible experience. I dont usually take bus but when i do in case of emergency, i prefer paying a bit more but get a better travelling experience (atleast Mercs or Volvos). Travelled Bangalore to Pune. There was no mention that for first 2 hours i will be asked to travel in a pick up to base location of anand rao cricle which was a AC airtight bus just the AC cooling was almost non existent, Me and my wife both puked as soon as we got down at anand rao circle in 2 hours. After that puking for nice 15 mins and settling down another bus came which loaded our luggage and alloted us seats after which the driver told me that that bus will leave in 30 mins (8 pm). Given we were not feeling to well, we went looking for some shop or restaurant for aerated drink which was not open anywhere nearby, hence we walked to nearby restaurant to order fresh lime soda to feel better.it was just 15 mins after i left bus that i got a call from driver who told me (extremely arrogantly) bus left without me and they realized me missing from bus very late and hence he is waiting at a little further down the road and told me to run and come fast. As soon as i reached the bus, the cleaner started shouting me at the top of his voice for roaming around away from the bus, i got into argument with him for the way he is shouting to which even driver joined him. I felt like taking my luggage away and taking some other bus or flight maybe but being already delayed for emergency, i gulped down this disrespect and went infuriating to my seat. After me later this conductor also argued with some lady in one of the top birth seat. Apart from this incident, the bus was clean but not at all comfort of Volvo (it was very very jumpy even with the middle sleeper seat) AC was not cold at all. I have vowed now to never ever travel using Orange Bus and will try to post this every possible platform i get so that people are educated about the behavior and comfort of this bus even after premium price which was almost twice of normal AC bus.

Booked a birth on 1st May 2022 from Bangalore to Chennai @11.45 pm from Madiwala. Last 90 min waiting for the bus. No one picking the call. No location phone nos are working across. None called to inform bus status. Bus tracking given are not working.

Worst bus experience ever! The drivers are very rude and do not have ethics.they halted at one place and told us the time to come back. We came 10 mins before the time and still they left before the given time.we were stranded when we called them they halted at the next stop and started abusing my husband. The dnt have any manners.highly unprofessional.they do not even listen to what customers are trying to say.
I would never ever travel with them again

One of the utter waste travels i have ever used. There is no respect to the coustomer. Never shares the live location and doesn't value time of the customer. Trust me never ever opt this travels you will regret your whole journey.

False claim of shortest trips: I booked for a trip by Orange tours and travels through Make my trip because it showed shortest travel time.
However, the bus was delayed by three hours. Bus driver number given to me was not working. A delay of three hours is not acceptable.

I was confused about review when I booked bus on red bus, but after reading feedbacks I was little confused about service. But bus is really nice. About delay, it was 30 min delay and many times this happens due to passengers like us. Overall 8/10. It's nice

The bus was quite late but it had also rained that night and operator informed that the bus service was running late due to water logging in several areas.
The office doesn't have ample seating area but this is common for most of the bus services plying out of Bangalore.
The bus was itself comfortable and made up for the lost time during the night.
They also serve light snacks and water on board.

Never on time. Don't not plan anything based on this because I can assure you that it will be ruined. I personally would not recommend this travels. I travel from Bangalore to Coimbatore at 3.00 am Everytime, not even one the bus comes in time, it came at 5.30 am once and that's the last trip in this travels.

Terrible experience, was traveling to palakkad from Bangalore on 30th April.our bus met with an small accident luckily no one got hurt, but bus was not in a condition to travel, it happened around 1am and we waited in the bus till 4am, tried calling customer care and other numbers but all in vain. They said they can only provide refund for the ticket no other options. It happened less than 15km away from Madiwala still they couldn't provide any help or alternatively service we had to cancel our trip and book cab back home! Such a horrible experience.

Worst experience bus is not on right time.customer service is not for 24 hours, no one picks after 12 pm.if the passenger is under trouble also you people won't help them.tracking the bus is also not working.please provide contact number that is available for all time for the god sake.

Irresponsible staff. They don't pick up calls normally. Even if they pick up, they do not answer the queries on bus timings, pick up timings.

Bus facility is good but you have to set an alarm of your own else you might miss for dropping point

Nice buses. Good speed. Time management is proper. Timely departure and arrival. Comfortable and new buses. Snacks are being provided.

I had traveled between Bengaluru and Chennai and it was a good journey.

The bus stopped at one location for light snacks and refreshments.

They even sent me a pickup van at Chennai.

Overall, I'm very happy with the service and would like to travel with them again.

Nice and clean buses. They usually stop at a payed washroom facility on the highway itself. Services are good

I want to give zero rating.traveled from Bangalore to Palakkad.all of sudden at 3am dey are waking us to change bus at Tirupur.d passenger's from other bus wit Pondicherry Registration boarded our bus n v boarded their bus and continued traveling in opposite directions. Des a**holes have some permit issue or something.idiotic fellows charging 1400 per ticket n doing des kinds of dramas for 7 hours travel.in tat waking us middle of night.v had 4 years old kid.it was lik traveling in general compartment. D second bus v boarded all are used bed sheets by d others passenger's traveling in opposite direction.

Very pathetic service. They sent driver details to me. They given some other driver actually his off that day.the bus timing is 12 am the bus is one hour delay. That message I received after that I gone to madiwala again I have to wait 30 Minutes. In between I called customer they told me they will sent the Driver details. That also I have to call two times. This is very pathetic service.
Bangalore to Palakkad service I will tell don't take their services.

Orange tours and travels is one of the best bus services. From here will get hyderabad, mumbai, kerala and kanyakumari busses. Here staff is really good. If we have any doubts we can ask freely to their staff. Here wheelchair is not available.
