Pashmina Waterfront Apartment

I'm not staying in this apartment, but I have visited this apartment a few times. It's more like a godown, no proper entrance, lift is not working properly. I feel really sad for those who bought this flat.

Visited the property in an intention of renting a flat. I am not sure how people are staying there, Not sure when the building will fall or collapse, it’s not at all well maintained lift is covered with Woden planks, I would suggest don’t waste your time by visiting or thinking as well. I should have looked at the reviews. So please be aware and don’t get into scam

Worst apartment i have ever seen … seems like zombie apocalypse.dirty floors, lift not working, illegal construction, falling cement from ceiling, don’t know when building will fall off, they are selling it on the name of view from balcony, don’t buy or rent here, owners are greedy, swimming pool is made good in looks but no one for maintenance.so if you want to swin have to go another place by paying money, no parking lot is allotted.people park car there by giving money per month, security guard is full timepass, worst apartment owned by nri trying to take out their money by tenants.some flats are sealed coz whole construction is illegal… don’t invest here

Now itself it is not organised, confused appartment. The security personnel not guide. Mainthing is lift, it is engaged always. Lift is only for shifting contraction meterials. One lift is always "OUT OF SERVICE". Very bad maintenance.

I believe residents have removed their reviews since it was having an adverse impact on sales. Poor quality construction and maintenance.

Worst society ever seen.
Lack of maintenance.
Residents and visitors dying to travel in lifts.
That too can't catch easier

Don't get into this project. When u talk to sales people then u would feel scammer n just want check book only. They don't share any information about the project. It seems this project have lots of hidden problem so sales people just want to avoid those questions so be careful.

Hello everyone, don't purchase this flat. I have paid them a booking amount on 6th Nov 2022, which they promised to be fully refundable if I cancel it before going for the agreement. However, I cancelled the deal just after 4 days of paying the amount since they did not provide any legal documents for the project. Moreover, I came to know that they have multiple legal cases pending against them and they are not supposed to sell flats further in that project. That's why they have changed the name of the developer and are taking the new payments to that. You can speak with any residents who are staying in the project currently or check their reviews. I have contacted the developer and their sales team (headed by Mr. Sebastin Bentan) multiple times over email but have not received any reply so far. I have called them but they are not responding. This project is also not in the list of SBI approved projects. I did not get back the booking amount so far which I paid to them. So, I would strongly recommend you not to invest in this project with your hard earned money. You can also check the number of cases pending against them in RERA website for more details.

It is a horrible project, people are living in this project for the past 1 year and more, and still, they haven't started the maintenance, if you go there you will find out that basement parking is still not completed.

My advice stays away from this project, as this project is having some legal issues as they will not provide you any such documents after you book the flat.

Lovely property right by Bhattarahalli Lake. Great view. Awesome neighbors. Project is getting completed slowly but surely. Beginnings of a great community.
