Hi, I have visited Kammanahalli VCare for my open pores concern. I have met doctor Sakthi, she has analysed my skin and suggested for Micro needling for 6 sessions. After the 3rd session my skin started glowing and finally after 6 sessions my pores not visible and skin is also very good. Doctor has suggested me to start a skin routine with skin rejuvenative products as homecare are which has added firmness to the skin. Staff is here also very good.
Big scam Consultation 800 and treatment 50k people please don't go to Vcare Kammanahalli branch i just went for dandruff they given some wrong Product after using 1 month I'm facing with alopecia hair lossI never had before they almost take 60,000 money no use, and people dont know to communicate just giving wrong appointment marketing ppl by the branch, worst communication regarding detail information. Jan 4 2023 - I looked them up on Google and based on the reviews (I'm still not sure how do they have such positive review), I called them to inquire if they treat Alopecia Areata. They insisted that I come to the clinic to do a hair test and assured me that they can treat my condition. I thought, I should give it a try.
Upon arriving at the clinic, they charged me some 850 bucks for consultation and a hair test, I obliged and after about 10 minutes, they asked me to see Dr. Sumaiya (a trichologist by profession, but really a sales executive in reality). She explained to me how their plant based treatment can cure my alopecia and how they have cured number of patients with my condition.
I was still reluctant as I do not live in Bangalore (I had only come there for a 4 day visit). Sumaiya assured me that I can do the treatment at home (like so many of their patients, some of them even residing out of India).
I was convinced at her professionalism and agreed for the treatment, they gave me some treatment kit - like serums, some basic medicines for digestion, Shikakai paste shampoo (available on amazon for 150 bucks), some vitalizer etc and charged ₹25,000 from me.
The treatment has had a reverse effect on me - my alopecia condition is the same but now I have got the WORST possible dandruff issue (so bad I scratch my head even in my sleep), I have got more hairfall and my overall hair is thinning)
NOW, THEY REFUSE TO EVEN ANSWER MY CALLS WHEN I DEMAND THEM TO FIX MY DANDRUFF ISSUE WHICH IS THE BIGGEST PAIN FOR ME RIGHT NOW
I have taken the bio cell treatment in the vcare and also gone through six session which helped me in hair fall& loss actually.vinoth from kammanahalli branch he helped me a lot to carry forward the session and also he treated in a friendly manner. Doctors are approched me in a well manner so that it helped me in regaining my hair. Thank you vcare team.
Worst place when it comes to time management! They can never stick to appointments and the minimum wait is always one hour! It’s extremely annoying! I wish they were given better training with time management or atleast better staff who know what on earth is happening in their centre! The doctors don’t seem to stay constant either, if you’re looking at a good place with a peaceful treatment! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! Worst experience & don’t waste money and Don’t get influenced with their words. I’m not at all satisfied with the treatment. I suggest you to don’t go blindly with their suggested treatment. Please consult people who had already taken the treatment and what was their experience. My review is after taking 5 sessions of Melanin b therapy (MBT). As soon after completing my first session i told i was getting pimples and dark spots from those pimples and they are leaving marks on my face. Before i had pimples but they were not leaving marks or dark spots on my face. When i told i was facing like this. They were like bacteria is coming out so you are getting pimples from that and for dark spots they suggested me to use whitening kit which is with additional cost of 3k i guess. Even after that pimples and dark spots did not got reduced by that tine my forth session also done and I was already disappointed. Felt not to continue with the treatment and later i felt like I had paid money and why should I skip lets complete it, while taking 5th session i told mam pimple are coming and leaving marks after taking this treatment. She told very nicely sir these are all bacteria coming out, so you are getting pimple, if you are facing dark spots we have an another treatment Qswitched laser treatment or something they said it my cost around some thousands they said in very cool manner i don’t remember that. I felt after taking this MBT itself i got this issue again if I go with another treatment what will be next side effect and i totally disconnected the treatment. I did not go for 6th session also. Finally when I explained ask them see i was facing side effects so i don’t want to continue it please refund my last session amount they did not refunded and said you can take that 6th session. Who will take after facing such side effects. They were like u have to inform that you are facing this issue at first, in the first and second session only I told I was getting pimples and dark spots. They did not do anything to that and now they say u have to tell that a first session only. They convinced me we don’t know how u had maintained you skin so you might have got dark spots it seems, may be due to having improper diet and not maintaining properly u might have faced this or else your skin is not supportive for the treatment they said. Really worst experience I had with the Vcare. Finally try home remedies don’t waste money on these kind of treatment these were temporary. Don’t get influenced with their words
I visited vcare clinic at kammanahalli branch for bio cell and PRP treatment for my hair …. So this review is all about their service what they give for trusted customer…. From the day one till now there is no proper follow up on my appointments from the people end who are seating at the clinic.i myself always call them to remind about my appointments.this shows their negligence and carelessness about customers life and top of that there is no result found in the treatment i feel completely hopeless without any trust build words or support i think im gonna waste my money 1,25,000……and at the Beginning they mentioned within 3months the treatment will get over and its been almost 7 to 8 months but still 2more biecell is pending they are really fooling customer and till today there is no call from their end to check about my treatment …. Disappointed

I had been here for dandruff and loss of hair treatment. I was very pleased with with their service and the improvement in my scalp condition and hair loss controll and new hair growth initially. The center has very friendly staff who treat you well. But it works only as long as you continously go for sessions else it's back.and the treatment left my hair very rough and dry.they are more keen in selling their packages.

Before going for consultation My son fully researched about their treatment, also came across few negative reviews and was confused whether to take treatment or not from them But trust me, they are the best. Doctors are so caring, genuine and very much transparent about results and procedures. Doctor said me if I follow all instructions that were given without neglecting I will get best results.
So after Biocel 6 months treatment now my scalp is somewhat covered and am very much happy with outcome. Concluding, taking treatment from V care should be the best decision I made

Please stay away. They might have good machines and a very few good service providers but they are FRAUD. They will promise something and will never give that service. They will make u fall in a loop of constant money extraction. Every doctor's consultation is a sales pitch. Every doctor is a sales person there. They will promise certain add-on free maintenance service during the first discussion but while u reach end of the service they will put a price tag to that. Not great results but surely you will loose lots of money and will be harrassed by innocent faces. Not at all recommended.

I took consultation from Dr. Athira ma’am and she has suggested me to use one month SCT kit and to my surprise my dandruff issue was 100% gone after using the kit for 15 days.
