I recently had the misfortune of encountering a truly u usewhile riding a bus. The incident involved reckless and rash driving by the bus operator, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.

First and foremost, safety should be paramount when it comes to public transportation. Unfortunately, on this particular journey, it felt as though safety was entirely disregarded. The driver displayed a complete lack of regard for traffic rules, constantly weaving in and out of lanes, exceeding speed limits, and making abrupt stops and turns without any warning. Passengers were jolted in their seats, some even losing their balance.

This dangerous behavior not only endangered the lives of those on board but also posed a threat to other road users. It is disheartening to witness such irresponsible driving, especially when the lives of so many individuals are at stake. The bus driver's actions not only put passengers in danger but also jeopardized the reputation of the bus company.

Furthermore, the discomfort and anxiety caused by this reckless driving left a lasting impression on the passengers. Many of us were left shaken and anxious, which detracted from the overall travel experience. Public transportation should provide a sense of security and ease, but in this case, it did quite the opposite.

I believe it is imperative for bus companies to take stringent measures to ensure the competence and responsibility of their drivers. Regular training programs, adherence to traffic regulations, and passenger safety should be at the forefront of their priorities. Passengers should not have to fear for their safety while simply trying to get from one place to another.

In conclusion, my experience with rash driving on the bus was extremely unsettling and disheartening. It is my hope that bus companies will take this matter seriously and prioritize the safety and well-being of their passengers to prevent such incidents in the future. Safety should never be compromised for the sake of expediency, and all passengers deserve to travel in comfort and security.

Bus no: KA 51AF- 7199, seat no: 6 has bugs. I got rashes all over my body. Also the people sitting behind me had same problem.

Best part of this bus operator is that they pick you up from various pick points inside the city which is a plus and you don't need to travel to common pick up points such as Majestic or Yeshwantpur. This is hassle free as the auto and cab guys are cranky in Bangalore.

Service is not great. During night time for urinary they won't stop at proper places.
Had worst experience recently they stopped cafe 360 hassan hotel and toilets are very worst upon that for urinary they are charging 10rs. How these buses are giving such a worst service by forcing passengers
to use unhygienic toilets. Some action needs to be taken.

The staffs are very rude.this is the 3rd time I'm experiencing. Don't book a parcel in this place plz. Customers are not important to them. I will be canceling all my parcel services to this people.worst customer service. Very bad

Person who answers the phone lacks basic decency and human courtesy. If you don't know how to talk to people, I suggest you to ask someone else to do it. You cannot show your frustration upon people who would call to get some information.

Very bad experience in my 35 year of travel experience never ever dupe people kindly send the bus to scrap which I am traveling now pls have courtecy on people because next day they will have to attend the class or work place if we don't sleep well what is the use in travelling in this 3rd rated bus pls bus owner pls do travel and experience onc's
All seat will come out with in a week

Very very pathetic services, never expected from Pragati tourist.
Cleaner behaved very rudely, inspite of repeated request they stopped inbetween Mangalore dark area in the early morning in isolation road & it's really dengerous for single lady with heavy luggage.
Please train your staff with basic etiquette.

One word - pathetic

Worst experience, not clean so much of dust in the seats and no bed sheet and full noise throughout the journey because of broken windows.

Don't prefer.very bad service.

Very bad service. No place to keep lagage in bus dikey.they keept all old tieres inside.staffs r telling plese compliant to management. Useless bus service.

One word.pathetic

1st instance booked bus from blore to karkala.bus travelled with disabled air balloon/suspension the whole trip.reached 2 hour late.

2nd instance: Booked bus service from karkala to Bangalore.bus broke down in middle of ghat and were transferred to a sitting bus.paid almost 5.5K.company didn't even bother to talk to passenger and refund the amount

Never take this bus in the future.

This place is great for transporting items to different cities. They don't charge much and they take care of the items.

Hoskote to Dharmasthala bus it’s very hard to travelling please don’t travel full noise inside the bus, can’t sleep because of that noise very worst maintained bus

Worst bus i travelled in.the bags which were inside bus were soaking wet.and staff could not care less.journey of 6.5 hrs took 8.5 hrs.rest stop was toll plaza shops. Window locks are not there is a sleeper coach.worst bus experience ever

Holiday time they are charging double. They need to think twice before fixing rates. Because only low class and middle class people are travelling by bus.

Worst experience while traveling in bus for the first time. Don't know why they're scheduling a bus for a particular time. Taking longer routes. The bus was expected to arrive at HSR by 6: 30 AM and the bus has not yet reached. It is showing 8 AM in the map. As a working professional I'm very much disappointed. Because of not reaching on time now I have to give clarification to my manager. Getting late for 15-20 mins can be adjustable but not more than that.
I won't prefer this bus again.

Route No. 1U, rash driving and non-supportive conductor. I have booked reservation from udupi to Bangalore, due to late booking i got a last seat (push back). At the time of booking ticket i was been told that i will be getting last but of seat, unfortunately it was not. There was no push back option for the seat given. Roads to Bangalore was really tough and driver was very Rash at driving and conductor was rude too. Reporting time given at my destination was 6: 45, bus reached at 8: 30.
I had a bad traveling experience with Pragathi Travelers, i would definitely do not suggest anyone at my known circle.

It's the worst bus i experienced in my entire life. The staff's are not behaving well and they should give some respect to the passengers it's like we are travelling for free. The charging points are not working and the seats are dumb.i informed them about the seat and they were like it's clean. Dogs even prefer better place than this. So I prefer not to take this bus

I was told that they were gonna stop for dinner in the way but they denied it once i onboard the bus. I had to travel empty stomach the whole night.

Worst experience ever. Me n my husband came last night in that worst bus. In the Middle of hassan bus got struck. All the passagers were shifted to another pragati bus. But whole night they didn't even stop anywhere for toilet.and Driver was so rude.

Worst class of driving, seat quality is very poor. I would not recomend to any body to travel with.
