I had booked a unit during pre-launch phase and was recently given a visit to the property and sample flat.
Goods: Location, Quality of construction (a little too earl to speak though), bedroom sizes, amenities, landscape, size of swimming pool and the quality of co-owners (met a lot of them virtually and few face-to-face).
Things that could have been better: Size of living room & dining space, size of maid's room toilet (no space to take bath any which way), walking corridors are a little too narrow, inability to open up the property to allow interior work to be started before possession date.
Overall a very good property with quality, proximity to metro station, mall and temple next door. Looking forward to staying there and make memories with family.
