Society is spacious with amenities like swimming pool and sports facilities. Large space to walk around. There is medical shop and grocery shop too next to club house named Ayush Supermarket. The guy sitting at the counter bearded and fair seems like a Muslim guy though nothing against Muslims, this particular guy acts oversmart, unhelpful when asked any information about products, has zero knowledge about how to behave with customers who are mainly residents of society. No matter how much you buy he will give only one paper bag to carry your stuff. He expects us to carry each item in hand all the way to our tower. Better to buy online from big basket etc as they give all the products at doorstep fresh and their customer service is also very good. Pfr management hires some really unprofessional, mannerless and disrespectful employees. Also another drawback is the gym which can be quite a disappointment to gym enthusiasts as it is not sufficient for such a huge society like this as a result its very crowded and cramped up be it morning or evenings. They have a blue tooth sound bar which can be played by gym users which makes it troublesome as the volume is so loud that one can expect damaging their eardrums. Dont know why such unregulated system in pfr, in other club house the music is managed by reception of club house with decent music. Couple of people in morning and evening as per my experience are really third grade. Men seem to take over machines and show attitude particularly to women who also want to use machines and do strength training. They behave highly disrespectfully. Evening also people who have personal trainers tend to take maximum space and not give others room to workout in cycle section. The vibe of the gym is highly negative becoz of the selective people coming to gym as they think and behave snobbish for no reason whatsoever and as if they are entitled. Other than that it's decent for someone who would not be using gym other than cardio and use other facilities. It's shameful that because of some negative mindset people in gym and supermarket counter guy the society has fallen short of high rating.

Apatment has all possible amenities like big swimming pool, party hall, gym, squash, Tennis, Badminton, Table tennis, Pool and Billiard table, Basket ball, library, yoga room, clinic, pharmacy, super market, volleyball, big ground to play cricket and football.it has 1483 flats of various sizes with area of 25 acres. It has 70℅ open space with gardens and sitting areas, children park etc. We celebrate all festivals with lot of enthusiasm like Onam, Ganesh chathurthi, Durga pooja, Dandiya, holi, Halloween, ram navmi, dushra, po gal, lohri etc. It has big lake behind apartment and army area in front so lot of cool and fresh breeze

A residential colony of 23 towers (15-storey each) located on Haralur Main Rd, Blore. A beautiful colony with ample space and amenities like gym, club house, swimming pool etc is one of the best secured colonies of Blore

Such a nice invoerment there & all facilities are available like all types of game and it's security is system is nice and these behaviour is nice. I think all good here.

Amazing place for a get away with friends or for a day outing. The rooms r clean and also wide range of options r provided including tv with different subscription and music theatre. You get a kitchen in case you wanna prepare anything. Very clean and the view from 10th floor is to die for.

This property is overpriced and hyped. The society association has a lot of issues and rents are comparitivily higher than the surrounding societies.

It's a very good society. Just a problem here is the amount of rent which is too much. It can cost you around 30 to 40k for 2 BHK flat.

But the amenities which you will get here are ample. The thing is you need to use the amenities.

On Society itself you can get a general shop for buying daily needs if it's on an urgent basis.

People are playing cricket, football, tennis during the weekends and anyone can join them to stay fit.

As the prestige and other society will behave you will get all other power backup and parking facilities. Also there will be no issue of water.

One of the best apartment complex I visited. Beautiful views, Lots of amenities, Parks and Play area for kids and families, excellent pool, gym, theater and lot more. The complex is also well planned to get to the building to each of the building is very neat

No doubt, Amenities are great with lot of green area and flats and buildings are good. However there are many serious issues with which I have to live. One is water seepage. When it rains water seepage can start any time. One new poor tenant have water flowing through electricity board. Another one iproblem is with drainage. It chokes frequently and dirty water overflows and can fill your kitchen or bedroom. If washing machine drainage chokes, it becomes even bigger problem. Then there is stink at backside near clubhouse area due a big nullah there. However, if these issues are resolved, it's a great place to live. There is nothing in nearby areas like this. That's why I am still living here for short term at least.

A popular and comfortable apartment complex with good common spaces and amenities. The approach road is narrow and very busy most of the time, therefore reaching the location requires a bit more time.

Excellent gated community with active association members and all the amenities. One can leave peacefully in this community!

A very well maintained society. With 20+ towers and more than 3 Parks within the campus, there are facilities like ATM, Grocery Store, Medical Store.

There are courts for different sports like Tennis, Badminton, Basketball, Squash. As well as ground for Volleyball, Cricket and Football. In addition, there is a swimming pool, library, snooker, mini theatre & Party Hall all located at Ripples Club House. The walk track is also great.

There are vending machines located in the Club House as well as in every alternate tower.

There are 2/2.5 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK flats within the campus. The towers located at the far end can enjoy the beautiful view of the lake nearby.

Beautiful, well maintained, safe society. Great place to live for families with kids. There's lot of open space, greenery, parks, activities in/around Clubhouse. Inside the community, there is a Grocery store, Apollo pharmacy, plus visiting doctors. There are coaching classes for kids basketball, cricket, football, tennis, skating etc.

The EC is best in class, the Covid vaccination drive arranged by them through Manipal Hospital is a testament to their proactive and efficient way of working. Not to mention all the other cultural and social events organized by the committee.

Security process and people are good. Apartments and general amenities are well maintained and clean. In a nut shell, cannot ask for more. This is best community in Bangalore IMO.

Well maintained, lots of greenery and vending machine in towers. What else do you need! Aur han - you also have Apollo Clinic and Medical store in the club house.

Prestige has always make theirs name prestigious. They have everything like sports field to swimming pool. Also outer decorations awesome. U can go for it if u can pay 30k-50k per month as rent

Our Dream Home, As promised handed over the flat on time especially in this pandemic time, Easy registration process, worth every penny. I have heard lot stories from my co workers about lot of builders not delivering flat on time, project stopped in between, some structural mistake. But my story is completely different, Thanks

Beautiful place and well maintained gated community. Good place to live in Bangalore. Surrounded by lake, shops, super market. Transport like Rail, Buses are near. No hassle to stay. Visitors paking is big inside as well as outside the gate.

Very good facilities, very well maintained. Regular fogging, garden maintenance, club house maintenance. Peaceful society, really good club house, spacious apartments, active guards even in night time.

Its a great society to stay in. There 23 towers consisting of around 1500 flats. They have huge empty spaces and a humongous club house which has 2 indoor badminton courts, 1 squash court, 1 pool & 1 Snooker table, 2 TT Tables, Library, Home theater, A 30m long swimming pool, Steam & Sauna facility, Gymnasium, Yoga room & Party hall.
There are 2 Tennis court, 1 Basketball court1 Football /cricket ground as well.

1500 families in 20 acres. It's like Mumbai slum. It takes half an hour for People to take out there cars in morning.

Lots of open area for walking around the premises. Many amenities provided in the club house area. Large size swimming pool can accommodate more crowd. Since road outside is narrow, expect slow traffic movement outside the apartment.

Water problem in this appartment so called big society, they supply water on timebasis.even the customer care people doesn't respond properly on crisis, since shortage of manpower. PPMS management does not handle the situation.

Located on Haralur Road this apartment complex is having around 1400 flats. It has from 2,2.5,3,3.5, and 4bhk flats. Open area is also good. All festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm. Club house is really good and has a huge swimming pool. Basement car parking is for residents.

We had booked flat in prestige going by the reputation of prestige. Even though the rate was higher by from rs500 per square feet compare to the second highest rate in that area. We put all our money hoping to get something premium to spend the rest of our lives there. We r disappointed by few things. The greenery should have been done on the ground floor instead of one level below. Not easily accessible n not as beautiful. Then the pedestrian path is not at a convenient height from the road specially for elderly people. The car parking for visitors is very small in number as compared to the size of the community. The lobby in all the towers is very very ordinary n inadequate in all respects. Lot of foul smell due to the drain pipes.tadpoles in the toilet flush tank.
Market place very small. No pharmacy no coffee shop. No ATM. No parlour.
Construction quality looks really great but the tiles r of highly inferior quality n colour. The laying of tiles is making it look even worse. How many decades back did we have this level. This has been the most depressing part in the entire set up n it is very hard to believe that it is coming from prestige. At least this was never expected n we r now bound to spend lot of time, effort n money to amend this lacuna.
The tiles in the common areas will dent the image of ur brand

Good area but terrific network problem.you wont be able to talk on mobile from ur apartment. No network coverage from any service provider.

Overrated apartment complex. Pathetic services from PPMS, you won't find Mobile network connectivity anywhere, power back sucks, dirty politics everywhere, even the garbage cleaning team can shout back at the residents! And most disgusting of all - unfriendly pet policies.

Big apartment with lot of good and well to do people. Lots of amenities and adjuscent to a beautiful lake. Has a 1000 acre Urban Forrest opposite.
The only flip side is that of Harlur road that is quite narrow for the humongous traffic that flows. Expect traffic snarls for those times that matter.

Location is good, nearby road is little congested, beautiful area, flats are little small, good finishing, awesome club house with gym, yoga center, squash, tenis, swimming, basketball and many more.around 19-20 towers of around 18-20 floors.

Getting in and out is a hard part given it is accessible from haralur road and Sarjapur road which is perennially choked. But the complex is huge and the towers are beautifully built. The lack of landscaping is a sore point.

Being an owner of a flat, PFR is a disappointment. Prestige guys are very unprofessional. I will certainly not recommend it to NRI's because there are many added challenges to deal with Prestige from abroad. Unresponsive and Unprofessional being the top of the list apart from a dozen more. The quality of work is just about average i.e. I basically paid for keeping some Prestige guys employed. In short, NRI's- DO NOT BUY from Prestige. (2) If you are dealing with any of them emplyees please have their full names, email ID's on you. Prestige doesn't blink an eye to lie. They are Rude, unpleasant and just not bothered.such companies must go into losses and be shut down.

Another housing complex from prestige in Bangalore. It is a huge complex on harlur road with more than 1300 flats built near a lake. It has wide roads inside but the outside road is too narrow. Very good club house with tennis courts badminton court squash room, cricket ground and swimming pool facilities.

I am having a very tough time dealing with the CRM assigned to me. She never picks up the phone. Some of the payments that I have made, I haven't got the receipt of that yet.

The bots are inflating the rating. If you closely look at the resident's ratings, nobody seems to be happy.

The building itself isn't ready yet. I was told that I would get posession in December 2017 by sales but it is still under construction.

Exceptionally unprofessional behavior from the prestige group.

A fantastic place to live in. The planning in construction is really commendable. The facilities are awesome, mostly every sport you can play in your free time including premium games like Snooker, Squash, Lawn Tennis and obviously the most common games. A huge amount of space to walk inside the compound.
