Good Apartment but people are not well mannered. People staying in flats should have basic common sense of not dragging the furniture on floor and creating hell for the habitants below their floor. But then it's India, what else you expect.

Calm place with utmost amenities. I had the opportunity to stay on the 21st floor. Posting the night view.

Society construction and all inside amenities like garden, club house, swimming pool etc are top class. However, this area falls under Gram panchayat so it lacks basic amenities like water quality, roads, good hospitals etc. Biggest problem with this society is connectivity, we have to invest 45 min extra to reach whitefiled or outer ring road to reach office, good multispeciality hospital or shopping area. No good hospital nearby. Public transport connectivity is also poor, cabs waiting time is high. Connectivity to all main highways are 1+ hr distance, if we plan any weekend outings. Poor water quality, only tanker water is available. Rent and househelp rates are way to high. Lots of construction work going on in surrounding area without proper planning for roads, good drainage system etc. Does not worth paying so much for such society which is isolated from Bangalore city in one corner.

Beautiful structured villas. Located at Varthur road. Disneyland themes based. Full of attraction.beautiful club house. Which includes small theater hall and restaurant as well. Lulu super market is available for daily domestic needs. Lovely

Worst experience in prestige tower 16 and 17 lady security miss behavior and worst words used I have never seen this people

Cheapest people, cheapest building, dirty mentality people, beggars staying inside. Hopeless

Stayed here for a year, the number of problems for the amount of rent we’re paying were outrageous.

- 54000/- per month for 2BHK apartment that’s hardly 800sqft space.
- No utility area, had to dry laundry in balcony for everyone’s display- other people seem okay with it. Felt like am paying too high to stay in a chawl.
- Constant water problems: dirty smelly water with worms. No water force which means no showers and mandatory bucket baths. Leaky disfunctional faucets everywhere due to inefficient hard water treatment.
- Poor quality electricals: the wiring through the building is faulty making the lights flicker, lights turning on randomly. Can see this happening across the apartments.
- Bad construction and wall quality: noise travel through the floor if residents 3-4 floors across run, drill or even watch television. Mild fungus in the bathroom wall every rainy season that spread through the wardrobe.
- Noisy celebrations with no consideration for babies/unwell/old/studying people: Noisy Events held every weekend in the centre of the society with huge speakers blasting throughout the day starting from 8am to 11pm. Bright industry level flood lights left on throughout the night which will light up the entire apartment.
- Stringent and almost intolerant for pets.
- Too many stray dogs barking into the nights constantly. Constant monkey problem, with large groups of monkeys breaking in and destroying food and furniture in the apartment.
- constant traffic starting 6: 30 am school buses, 9am office rush, 12 noon to 5pm school buses returns, and then until 9pm office rush returning.

Not recommended if you need a peaceful apartment to stay at, but other than these issues, it’s a tolerable place to stay if you enjoy throwing away money.

Future Bangalore will be without water, With High rise Apartments Traffic will only increase. Commute would be horrible. We won't take our beloved Car for venturing out. End of life. If builders have no common sense to build where there are No 100 feet Approach roads, we should atleast have some sense to invest 2 Cr for small 4 wall concrete structure. Don't fall for such advertising. Instead secure a work from home job and enjoy full saving and peaceful air and life back in tier 2 or tier 3 city. You you get everything in India nowadays.

A top-end residential complex developed by one of the top notch builders of Bangalore. The quality of construction is par excellence. The buildings have been designed in such a way that each balcony gives a panoramic view. The buildings have been well spaced out in a manner that despite having 3000+ apartments, there are plenty of open spaces and greenery. The amenities provided are of the highest standard, especially the clubhouses. The theme is Disney World and that concept pervades throughout the complex. The landscaping is a treat for the eyes.

Awesome society with beautiful landscapes and large open spaces. It's a 102 acre project with 3,500+ flats and close to 300 villas, with 4 club houses. This is the one that you can call a complete amenity society. The place is very peaceful with good ventilation from all sides. Construction quality is amazing and the society is very well maintained.

Some towers (3 BHK, 4 Bhk) locations and view are really good.
Towers 11,12,13,14 dont offer good view and privacy. If you are on higher floor you can get complete view of other apartment.bad design.

Walk around villa is good.

Avoid parcel 2 as it is congested. Too much of drilling noise. Avoid for next 3 years till all units completes interior work.

A good place to live. Far from city bustle and pollution. Nights are the best.

The commute is less than pleasant.

Good amenities and ample space but you have to walk a lot to get to your tower else use vehicle to commute inside.

I live in here and I just wanted to say this builder has the worst customer care service ever seen. The managers appointed by the PLH behaves in a very rude manner towards the residents. Their attitude feels as if like we are slaves. Very much disappointed with the management authorities. The tower which I reside is having lots of water seepage issue faced by many apartment owners. The water from my common toilet leaks through the floor to the roof of the toilet below my floor and the prestige is not doing anything to resolve it. Extremely dissatisfied with this so called prestigious builder 'Prestige'. Apart from these, its a mosquito haven.

Edit as on 16-03-2020 - The water supply is stalled in here for past 3 days. Most of the residents are struggling to cope up with. Now since the water isn't there, they are now using water from swimming pool to compensate for the crisis. How pathetic a builder's service can be? That too from a luxury builder. Luckily I am renting out the apartment here. People who are planning to buy in here, please think twice before making such a hugh investment for a property like these. By seeing the amenities and infrastructure, It feels great.but when you reside in here.you will feel the pain

Awesome place with nearby mall, schools and Govt offices. Really like the clean air inside away from city smog.

Rera excellent building quality nice layout more spacious acres of land and open space green screen. Well maintained maintenance bc background. More aminities swimming jogging walking table tennis shuttle. 1bk to 2 2.5 and 3 available.quality no comparmise. I recommended it

As most of people choose this brand for quality work. But there process are lIke govt process, once they sold, you have to do a lot of follow ups, no commitment on delivery date, even RERA CLAUSE does not working, as they are big fish to capture local government. Even in construction they are doing wrong with inner construction, if you raised & follow up a lot then they will correct it. Very bad experience with PLH project,
