Purva Belmont

One of my cousins stay here. The apartment is preety good. My cousins stay in a 3bhk flat.

It is a compact flat. The security service is good.

The swimming pool was clean. They have a small clubhouse to host any small events.

It is located on the JP Nagar main road. The metro station is at a walkable distance.

Rent above 25K for a 2 and 3 BHK costly compared to other apartments. Nice ambiance. Near to JP Nagar Metro. Gym and swimming pool available. Well maintained garden.

Purva Belmont is very good with Gym, Pool and the security is also Good

We stayed there for more than 10 years. Our stay was so comfortable that 10 years flew away. Friendly and helping residents is a plus point. Cauvery water and proximity to metro station is note worthy. You never feel lonely as all age groups exist. Social gatherings Independence Day, and Republic day are organised. Good exposure for kids.

Homeowners here are theives. Specially stay away from flat D-205, he will steal all the security deposit and not pick up your phone afterwards; without any valid reason.
And the association and society does not help you with it either. They are effectively useless.
Otherwise this is a very small and old society located in traffic prone road.

Though a good gated community in very good location in good proximity to Metro rail, Kalakaua road and outer ring road, the buildings are old and the age is evident as they are not well maintained. If its better maintained by psinying the exteriors periodically, this would be a paradise to stay.
