Purva Whitehall

This was a nice property with decent landscaping right on Sarjapur road.

Compared to Venezia in Yelahanka, there aren't too many visitor parking spaces and parking outside is not safe. So u need to ask your friend (who lives there) to book a slot for you if possible.

The location may be good for people working that side but that road is too busy and has no greenery at all.

The toilet flush has the same issue that other Purva properties have. Hahaha!

My son and daughter, both have separate rented flats in Purva Whitehall complex. Neat and Clean society. Kids enjoy in evening. Elders walk or Gym.

Nearly 200 apartments, located in busy area, connected by public transport. Parks, hotels, hospital, schools, super markets are nearby. Apartment is built well. Has amenities of clubhouse, gym, swimming pool. Small kids play area. Sitting area for adults is insufficient.

Front gate and front side garden of this project will be demolished by BBMP. So new gate will be few feet away from block A. Which also means that residents of block A will get disturbed by vehicle pollution and noise.

Beware of Flat 404, Block A
The Landlady is a Mental from Switzerland and will want to live with any potential tenants. PLEASE BE AWARE. There is no negative adjective to describe her.

I stay on rent in this apartment. The construction quality is awful. One year after possession, the overhead geyser pipes are leaking and dripping water, internal water lines are rusted causing damp walls, closet collapsed due to no cement in the padding. The net doors are getting stuck in the channels, and every 3rd day the kitchen outlet gets clogged. The main door was faulty and replaced in all flats. Overall, anyone looking to invest, stay away as the apartments are crumbling.

Good area. Very near to mall. Gym, Swimming pool, a big parking lot and good security available. Friendly staffs, furnished apartment.
