Excellent sea view from 22nd Floor of Pacific A wing. Amazing extraordinary view during monsoon, never seen or experienced before. Beautiful and huge garden space with club house and swimming pool facility.

It is not correct to say it is a condominium complex. They are apartments which are constructed and sold as per norms. Work is not yet complete though it is a serene well designed prestigious project from Raheja Universal Private limited.

The location is excellent and the open spaces are a treat to the eyes that can look into the distance with beautiful deadline on the west. A dream come true for home owners for sure. (This is a honest review and I wasn't paid for it)
