Went here to my cousins place. From outside looks good. Don't know anything in detail.

One among premiere complexes in Rajajinagar-Mahalximpuram area, constructed roughly 8-10 years back, this apartment has multiple facilities like Clubhouse, Swimming pool, walking/jogging area, kid's play area, STP, power backup and In-house security.
Even though flats are constructed quite spaciously, some of the blocks do not have much ventilation whereas other blocks have lot of ventilation.
Apartment surroundings are well maintained with lot of greenery. This apartment is conveniently located with access to main road at just 5min walking distance to ISKCON and a metro station as well. Many eateries, shops, Orion mall are closeby. Couple of colleges and schools are present within 5kms radius. Good place to rent a flat or buy 2nd hand flat depending on one's requirement.
