Believe me and trust me, the worst place to even go and talk is Richfeel. It happened in whitefield brunch. The people there are so rude that I got insulted and humiliated by them infront of other patient when I politely asked it's too late and I am sitting. 'Just leave if you want to'.
As per the treatment is concern after paying Rs 36,000 absolutely no use. 0% usefull, not at all helped me even after 4months. Please consider me as your good advisor and never visit there. NEVER EVER

Worst hair clinic to go far. They have committed fraud in my case by taking payment of 6PRP sessions & PBT sessions and then denying services after just 2 sessions. They have done the same in a number of cases with other patients as well. Don't go far rich feel. You would definitely regret it later. The doctors here behave more like a salesman promoting and selling products than taking interest in patients actual issues.

The Clinic is closed and not even richfeel is aware of it. Have tried calling the clinic but no answer from them.

Reviewing after very first visit, i would say the staff is very good and supportive.
Dr Mishti is excellent in explaining the root cause for the hair loss after recieving inputs from the patient.
I would highly recommend to visit Richfeel for hairloss problems. Will review once again after my treatment is over.

Treatment is totally a failure. By no means you are going to protect the hair fall or hair loss with this stupid treatment. I did opt for the anagain treatment and spent around 40k-45k but no improvement at all. It is just total waste of money and would advice everyone not to fall in this trap.

First of all, the cosmetic treatment is costly. People come here with hope that the clinic will help them by paying the fees with their hard earned money. I was asked for continuous TST+ treatment and I am trying to get the appointment since 3 days. The reception receives the calls and says will call in 30 mins and I never get the callback. Doctor assured that I will callback on Sunday at 2, and still no updates from doctor as well.
I walk in to the clicnic as per the dates which I mentioned but no technicians. They bill items but orally communicate the product is unavailable and then they say its already mixed with oil. I can only trust them blindly and do anything. The doctor and technician with whom I started the treatment are not available now. So current doctor do not take any responsibility to confirm on the product delivery. Previous employess blaming the current and vice-versa. In this only the customers have to face ultimate loss.
Not sure of it was same always or not but currently the CLINIC IS VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL.

Very arrogant and misbehaved staff.they called and accusing the customer for not visiting the centre.they have the audacity to blame the customer for their miscommunication.

Never trust these people, they are fraud. Once you take a course they don't care about you, they don't even bother to schedule an appointment.
Whenever you ask them to schedule an appointment they'll tell will call you later. You'll never get an appointment on your convenient time.
Even their products are also useless for every treatment they'll give same product. They just try to sell you their courses which are totally useless and once you buy any they don't care about you, you only need to call them about treatment appointment, then also they'll not answer properly.
It is total waste of money to get treatment from them specially whitefield branch.
Don't trust them if you want to save your money. You can check in Quora there you'll get to know their reality.

I have been taking the hair treatment for the last 9 years in Richfeel. The hairfall is controlled and almost retained same hair line for the past 9 years. I got excellent results partcularly with Anagrow and TST treatments in Richfeel. Dr Priya is excellent and takes personal care in monitoring the results with the treatments the clients are undergoing and listens to the concerns from clents, suggests the suitable treatment and medicine. Technician Padmaja is very good with the treatments and she gives remainder calls before the appointments without a miss.

RiChfeel Service BEWARE!

This is from my most recent experience from Richfeel. The management is highly unresponsive & inefficient. They will lure you into getting big packages signed but when it comes to getting appointments, they do not have slots, their laser machine across a big city like Bangalore is just one, which is Kormangala. They will give you slots at their will or say the machines arent working. I had signed up for 6 sessions and have with most difficulty completed 2 due to unavailability. Also if you book a package at one centre, the rep will tell you to call other centres if you wish to book appointments there, its so disorganized. The other center folks will not even have your customer record.

Please do not waste your money by signing up for huge packages & be disheartened.

After 2 years- after spending more than one lakh rupees and treatment for 1 year, no improvement. Medicines are extremely costly, almost difficult to afford for longer run. Go only if you are super rich and ready to spend and try it.

They are fraud people. They just want to sell their products and will mislead you into anything so that they can sell them. I wanted to do hair transplant back in 2017 and approached them, but they misinformed me stating that I have diffused thinning so transplant is not possible and will be a failure. So they brainwashed me to take their Anagain treatment of 55k and it was a waste of money! I didn't get any hair growth.
Now I have done a successful hair transplant and there is no such thing that hair transplant is not possible in diffused thinning.
They are a bunch of fraud people guys. Do not waste your money here!

Do not go to RichFeel.there is seriously something happening internally which is impacting customer. Please check mouthshut website before going to this.see feedback from 100's of people from recent time. I have paid 50k in Feb and still not got my system. Customer care is useless.no call back.no complaint logging system. They have closed the customer care as well. They ask us to visit branch to sort out. Branch says helpless

Treatments is expensive, but it worked for me. Hair fall stopped and volume increased. Hair texture too changed, it is softer now. Thanks to the Doctor.
They are maintaining clinic with high hygienic standards. It is safe to visit.
Staff are good. People representative can be trained to talk to clients in more polite manner.

They are bloody scammers! Dont fall in thier trap. They will heavly charge you and then deny all sort of service! You need to call them 100 times but they follow what thier management say! And obviously that is not customer centric. Save your money and time and stay from this fraud company

Im taking hair treatment since 1yr, for my hairfall and flakes. Dandruff is controlled, Hairfall is under control I'm still undergoing treatment for maintenance of thinning hair. Thanks to Dr she n her team have been very Co operative. Will update u again in future as I'm yet to see the expected results.

I visited them for hair fall issues and within 3 months of treatment I can see a visible difference in the quality of hair, reduction of hair fall and hair has got its life back now. I am very thank ful to Dr. Misty for being patient and suggesting the right medication and products along with diet chart, Bindhu for accommodating requests for hair sessions and Maya for being a wonder therapist.

Clinic atmosphere and for staff behavior i like to give full 10star, Dr Misty and clinic Manager Bindu was taken care of my hair loss and now I'm happy after my hair transplant, now 6th month going on, i can see my hair growth with good density, money is not a problem, every good treatment will cost more, so thank you richfeel team.

Treatment is good but should be very careful when buying any products from them. Then charge extra. Don't ever pay for annual medicine pak.

I had TST treatment from Rajni, the technician is having very good knowledge on the subject and she did it very well.

No use i have wasted lot of my money, i went for a hair growth treatment they gave around 80k medication in a three months of treatment i didn't see any growth but the only thing is that while using their product the hairfall reduced but i cant keep use those products for hairfall control. And after completing for 3 to 4 months of my treatment by collecting around 80k of my money doctor suggested me to go for a hair plantation. Forgrowing back your hair treatment is waste if hair plantation then go for it buti don't know how much will these guys will charge for it. In my second month of the treatment doctor asked me to give review as my hairfall got controlled i gave a good review but trust me hairfall control will happen but not growth that to at an expensive rate.

I took Anagon treatment here and it gave me good result. Staff rajini sharma & Bindu and the doctors are very good during my course of treatment

This clinic people will not have any commonsense to talk to the their own client. Once you make the payment they are done then its you are job follow them up. No basic communication stratagy. This is what even the staff along with Doctor are trained in this clinic. I have very bad experience and taken to the Higher management the way behaved with me in last three months. If at all there is positive comments in the comment section 90% are written on the first day of the Visit. I am not saying organisation is bad. This Doctor Mistry and Bindu are not trained to respect their customer. No proper managerial skill. Upper flop in communicating.they are there to suck the blood in the form of money. I swiped my ledger from this clinic to bellandooru clinic due to their demanding nature of behavior. Be Aware of this Mistry!

The staff especially the receptionist bindhu in Kundalahalli is out of her mind, she acts like she owns the place and the clinic will improve only if they take major action on her cos she has to learn some social behaviour skills and has some major problem talking to people

Doctor is helpful and explain the issue properly. Staff is good and knowledgeable. Treatment work nicely for me, and yes it time consuming so we have to keep patience.
