I have lived in this society and this is an amazing society to stay with a lot of greenery and all the amenities including an indoor tennis court, lawn tennis, swimming pool etc. Feels like home

There are Ten blocks with about 540 flats. Society is well maintained. Good society to stay

We visited this complex on 26/01/23 where my relative stays.
Posh Complex with all facilities.

Been there to visit a friend. The apartment overall looked clean. Shops inside premises are a great help for residents

Though it is an old apartment of around 15 years, the various facilities including piped gas connection, dedicated RO water plant with adequate manpower to supply filled water cans to each apartment is worth mentioning. Great

Very nice apartment with friendly neighbours and car free roads. There are many amenities including a swimming pool, gym, games room, office, library, 2 parks, and a market. The car parking is divided into 2 floors underground so children can play on the large roads which connect all blocks. If you were to rent/buy a house here I would strongly recommend A-E blocks because there is no noise from cars there. The current market price for 2 BHK is ~85 lakh, 3 BHK is ~1 cr, and house with terrace space is ~ 1.2 cr.

Well maintained community located strategically close to the Eastern IT corridor. Walkers and joggers paradise with ample open space. There is also a Essentials store within the community.

Huge apartment complex with full-time security and children's play area. Also features clubhouse, swimming pool and gym.

Good play area, center of the city, good connectivity, shopping and food options near by, good play area plus amenties, gas pipeline, separate walking and driving areas.all in all good place for all age groups

It's a good society, having swimming pool gym, tennis courts parking well maintained gardens, electric backup, visitors parking and easily accessible location.

Very well maintained society, with most of the amenities. Being next to Marathahalli bridge makes it easily accessible to offices in ORR and Whitefield.

Excellent place to stay as the location is prime (marathalli) and well connected to all other places. It has a good garden and plants being taken care of by the society in a good manner. A pool with water heater (thought mostly under repair) and an ICICI ATM I side the premise. A grocery store sun by satish and dedicated cloth laundry shops for every two wings. In addition to these I side amenities it also has few just outside the gate, a small mall to left side of building and few stores and restraurents by the name village to further left.

One of the most costliest and over hyped apartments in Bangalore. Located at good place which now a really bad place considering the traffic. Government should bring regulation on rents in Bangalore because of apartments like this as they just demand unimaginable figures for rent

Well maintained society disconnected with traffic of Kundalahalli and easy access to several techparks.

Decent residential place. Neither too fancy, nor too shabby. Reasonable rents, give n the location. Swimming pool is great if it's not under renovation. Gym is good too, but a bit small and beginning to show it's age

Good society, high maintenance charges, otp based entry not worth for dependency on telecom operator signals. High rents, too much traffic nearby. Decent amenities however i found living area is a bit smaller than other properties. Traffic management is bad. Its almost 11 year old construction and usually crowded.
