Very spacious flats, the flat in which I am staying is 1700 sq ft. It’s master bedroom are too spacious, good apartment to own a flat or to take a flat on rent. Maintenance and price of the flat and rent is also low not very high as compare to other. You get a swimming pool, shower room, club house, Proper Gym, TT table, Carrom, Kid Play area also, Spacious Parking, Maintained Gardening, Best thing it is on highway anyone can easily get it, landmark Places are Royal Oak showroom and brigade exotica and near by you can get a grocery or vegetables either below flyover towards Budhigere or avalahalli, there is Tata and ACT Internet facilities over here, there is also a shell petrol pump And within 10 min you can go out of Bangalore for weekend and 30-40 min you can reach airport via budigere. You can enjoy the tea by the view and fresh air. You can get Airport bus or cab.

Very sorry to say that.this appartment need to tighten the security a lot.know one bothered to enquire about us on our visit to the appartment.very strange to digest this.

It is still getting constructed. I talked to the owner and I could feel a sense of trust and reliability. This society is not very posh but can be transformed into. People can reasonable rates for flats here

I have accidentally purchased a 3 BHK flat in this apartment recently. Huh, Sounds crazy. Is n’t it? ;). Here is my story.

This was an interesting proposition as I was nowhere looking for an apartment, rather bought a 30 X 50 plot couple of years ago to construct my own independent house. I was on my way to Avalahalli to visit a Plot owned by an NRI; and accidentally found this apartment. As I was a bit leisure on that day, just went inside to see how it is placed. The sales staff is so cordial and friendly (not formal like other well-known builders) and gave me a full walk-thru of the building and floor rundown.

I found that this is in a strategic location on Old Madras Road. The residential tower (9 floors X 12 flats each) is being shielded from the external noise by the road facing commercial building. The construction quality is good and absolutely no deviations (CC/OC project). And the best and important aspect is Vaastu compliant (especially for a Andhra guy, this is kind of a mandate). With so many positives, I don’t find a compelling reason to say no. And I got a very good & affordable deal, compared with nearby well-known properties (sorry, but no names).

Finally before getting in to an agreement, the legal process started and my lawyer had a deep screening to give a legal clearance. And after agreement, I have started my interior work and during the process, builder and his staff are very supportive in making the required changes (only internal).

I will update this review to give a live picture, once all my interior work is done and checked in to the new house.

Sorry for the lengthy write up, but thought it would help the future buyers to get a good glimpse before they take a decision.
