Dear Sankalp Central Park Team who is taking care. Iam a Person doing swiggy for part time. I seen the restrictions that security people won't allow the bikes inside of any delivery partners.we need to take the order from the gate and should walk till the building is this really meaningful? You guys will take all our details with photo of us then why can't you allow the bikes inside?
do change this rule it will be very helpful to us to give the delivery faster and sooner

True beauty! The entire premises gives us a feeling that we have reached a highly civilized community. The premises are kept so clean whereas the security is perhaps the best too. After visiting the place, trying to find other properties of Sankalp.

When it comes to Sankalp Central park its an international living style, gated community project, it has 912 flats which is coming in 3 phases having, now they have built 288 & 272 flats in 2 phases, one more phase is remaing.
They never compromise for quality aspects, they have built very strong relationship with their clients.

Watch men at the gate not properly guiding the visitors.
For example I went to visit my niece who is residing Olive block.
When I asked watchman the direction, he just told me to go straight and take left. Only the residence of the Park guided me.
It is a Big park but regret not a direction map near gate is there.

It's a lovely joint to stay in Mysore. Man these guys know how to keep the place clean. I was visiting a friend and the security too was tight. It was hard even for a guest to get in. I'm impressed

One of the best residential locations. Great amenities and welfare association. Good upkeep and maintenance schedule. All staff on campus are v friendly and helpful. And of course the history of this piece of land as being the erstwhile Jawa factory.

One of best project of Mysore, all the facilities available including club house, swimming, parking etc.

Nice gated housing community, with many in-house facilities and 24 hour security. The inmates in these apartments are also highly accomplished in their respective fields and maka a wonderful company to newcomers. The construction is also of good quality. Good place for one to live, or even as an investment.

This is a very good community for a very reasonable sized apartment, at a good price. They renovate regularly, lost of parks and a pool.

I would say this is the best place to stay in Mysore as the building is high rise very well maintained clean with park and the air coming in going out is very nice you get a birds eye view of the places around you the apartments are very well maintain and taken care of and it's a very safe place to stay with parking availability in abundance for everybody but if you are a visited you have to park your vehicle outside

Although the facilities are good enough, there are many issues
1. Frequent power cut in that locality and by the time back up is turned and internet connectivity is achieved, a lot of time is lost.
2. Stray dog menace

I had a bad experience in this area, even though my parents were in the flat the security didn't let my bike in, reason was that my bike didn't had SANKALPA sticker on it. No other apartments have this issue in mysore other than this. The surrounding area is not well maintained. Securities are not well trained to handle.
Visitors parking is not good and safe.
So basically people who own a flat and left it empty for sometime and later comes back to see their flat will not be treated well.

You should take care of your neighboring roads and plant trees to lend support to keep you surrounding green.community gratitude is more important to bring beauty to your high rise structure.
