Good condominiums, but surrounding areas not well developed, approach roads very poor quality

Decently maintained community of around 80 villas. Place is filled with greens but not big gardens. Kids play area is decent. 2 cars comfortably parked infront with 4 to 5 spacious rooms in triplex villas. Security is sufficient. On the way to hulimangala road. Opp to VRR Convention hall. Nearby mystic pool lounge restaurant.

Society good, but restrictions are very bed, they don't listen customer point. Some security people bad behavior.

We recently purchased a house in Crystal Cove by SJR. Needless to say we did like the property individually as well as the settled society as a whole. Respected families from all genres and age are living in the society for a few years. Some houses have remain unsold and it was good to physically see the house before we could purchase.
The purchase experience has been fluid, transparent and satisfying. A big thankyou to Shiva (Relationship Manager), Tiwari ji (Site engineer) and Romesh (SJR management representative) for their continuous availability to help my queries and help resolve issues related to house handover, payment and registration process. But above all a big shout out to Irudiya Raj who started as the Sales representative but has gone above and beyond for the customer experience. A big factor for us booking the house was he himself. His professionalism and experienced sales pitch was what won us over. We have seen multiple other projects and interacted with the sales team, but he stands out. He never committed anything that was over and above just to make a sale. Every promise made, commitment done and any and all communication was honoured. He has always been available on call, whatsapp, message at any time of the day. He has helped ensure each and every aspect of purchase was smooth and his customer focussed approach remains well appreciated from our end. He has always been eager to talk and resolve any concerns with the backend team on our behalf.
Some things inherently take time to solve, but patience does help. We went ahead with registration while a few things were still not resolved. Promises were made, and we went ahead with their assurance. Even after house registration, SJR and it's team ensured they delivered on the promises and their commits. All in all we are very satisfied with our interaction and business with SJR.

The Apartment maintenance is good. The Atmosphere is soo cool and fresh. The Lawn is well maintained.

Villas are really very good, and it has almost all the required amenities like club house, swimming pool, sports house, park.
