Surprisingly the food was good.decent portions n brisk service.shezwan fried rice n dimsums were tasty.

Indulgent chocolate sundae was a masterpiece for chocolate aficionados. It offered a perfect balance of flavors and textures and showcased a careful attention to detail. It's a dessert that's not just for satisfying a sweet tooth but also for indulging in a true chocolate experience.

Highly recommended for those who appreciate the finer aspects of dessert.

Smoor’s has been always in my hot favourite list when it comes to desserts for their premium quality delicacies.
Visited this indiranagar branch of Smoor lounge to get some desserts for myself.

The place is located in the prime location of the area and easily noticeable. Parking would be tedious during prime hours.

The lounge is spacious and got varieties of seating arrangement with their signature classy interiors.

Ordered a vegetarian Black Forest pastry for myself. As usual it did really taste amazing right from the texture and the sweetness.

The staff is very friendly and service is quite fast.
Had a great time visiting this place.

I recently moved to Bangalore and being a chocolate lover I searched for best places to visit for my chocolate cravings. Bang! The first place on Google was Smoor.
It's a nice place for having some best chocolate desserts.
I tried their Belgium dark chocolate brownies and believe me, the taste and the layer of chocolate on the brownie was heavenly.
They have good chocolate mouse and blueberry mouse that I tried. The blueberry mouse was on a slightly sweeter side and I couldn't finish it in one go.
I I would give a 4.5/5 for taste and quality, but price is on a higher side.
Not everybody can afford it and if the rates would be reasonable with the same quality, we can visit the place every week.

This is a review for the store off St Marks Road. I have given four stars because of the excellent quality of chocolate that we have been buying all these days. However, yesterday I was extremely disappointed with the dark chocolate almond bark I bought yesterday. The composition seems to have changed/ there are now just a few slivers of roasted almonds when earlier the chocolate was full of large chunks of roasted almond. Please do not lower your quality, that would be a real shame as we really like your chocolate!:)

I had ordered it through Zomato, The taste was not at all good, had somewhat plastic smell idk. Please improve.

This was my go-to-place often! I did observe that the quality here is not maintained consistently like before (3 years ago). I'm a fan of their Belgian hot dark chocolate. There is a lot of difference in the consistency of this drink currently! I would recommend smoor Koramangala or jayanagar, to have this hot chocolate as it is quite thick and tastes damn good than the one given in smoor indiranagar!

No. NO! NO! Never Again. Don't trust this folks. They are not capable!

It was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. Unfortunately, I can now confirm that those negative reviews were spot on.

They executives on the call were clearly disinterested, unenthusiastic, and frankly, annoyed to be doing what they do. I had to do multiple calls before I could get them to understand my need. (Maybe on hindsight that was Universe telling me not to order with them). It was clear that customer satisfaction is never a priority for them, and it reflected in the overall interactions with me from the word go. (I don't want to name the executive here.)

Their services levels have degraded pathetically, since a year. For me, from writing a 5 star review to a 'Zero' rating tells the story. In short, they do not care about the Customer.

Let me elaborate. I chose to get a customized cake for a special day and the customization was only adding a layer of 1.5 kilo on the cake from their menu. How difficult can that be. But trust me.they can make this the most challenging one.

This 3 kg cake may have had approximately 5 kg of sugar in it. Trust me I am not exaggerating. Yes. All the cake was a waste and little ones in the party just did not go for a second bite from their plate and discarded it. The whole of the 3 kg went waste.all dumped. They sure have forgotten the flavors and impeccable taste they used to deliver in the past. This is my second 'Zero' star experience. I did not write last time around and gave them a chance.

The chef does not understand color profile. For these folks - orange is baby pink. Yes. The color baby pink in the menu became orange when they delivered. Imagine our surprise when we saw the cake and the disappointment for the one celebrating.

They are so bad as to miss the number on the cake for a Birthday and miss it out completely. Then they have the audacity to say it will be delivered before the event and never connect back or even update why it did not get delivered as promised.

I am sure by sheer luck, they got the message and the name, right.

The best is for the last. You ask them for a specific delivery time.they agree and they charge you for that.since its customized. Note: If you order on the website delivery is free. But delivery for customization is charged. And to your surprise.they will deliver at least 4 hours before your requested time, leaving you enough time to go buy a new big refrigerator, so that you can keep the cake edible for the event.

I hope sincerely no one goes through these kind of issues during a celebration.

I organised my daughter’s Birthday party at Smoor and had an awesome experience. They have a good variety of cakes, Macaroons, Shakes, sides and deserts. Staff is friendly and paid personal attention throughout. My family is a big fan of Smoor Cakes now.

It's was fantastic simply superb I ordered queens cake for my mothers day she was so happy thank you so much smoor for making it special smoor cakes indeed best in town amazing taste. Horrible, birthday cake was cracked when received and the cracks don't look like it was due to the delivery, looked like it was handed over that way to the delivery person.

We all have our wish-lists, right? I had decided long back that whenever I will have a super bad day, I am going to console and pamper myself with the food from certain restaurants. This restaurant was one of the restaurants on that list. I was praying that day wouldn't come, but it did finally. Hmph!

I was craving mildly spicy and creamy Spaghetti, but a vegetarian one - so voila, I ordered Spaghetti Arrabiata. Everything about this order was so special. The paper bag with floral pattern (I threw it away with a heavy heart), carefully packed Spaghetti, no pettiness over oregano and chilli flakes, pretty, smooth & ergonomic spoons. These people really know that the food is to be experienced with all the senses. As for the Spaghetti, it was cooked as it was supposed to be cooked, quantity - not less, not more, beautiful and appetising red color of tomato - everything was so satisfying and oddly pleasing. It's exhausting to live the life of an overthinking critic, but it was hard to find any flaws in this food. Food has this funny power to heal you, and you experience that you come across really good food, such as this. It was every bit worth the money spent, every morsel worth savouring and most importantly, did wonders to my southward mood. The food is certainly on the expensive side, but good things come with a price, is what I think.

I have decided not to have excuses anymore to order from here.:)

Visited this place after reading the reviews. This place has nice ambience. The food menu has wide range of desserts and main courses. Cost is on a reasonable side and food tastes good. Special mention on the polite staff and how they treat the customer. My kid accidentally spilled the hot chocolate they served, even I was going to have whatever left in the cup, they have replaced it with a fresh cup of hot chocolate and also immediately cleaned the space. I have never experienced such a well behaviour from anywhere else. Thank you so much for the concern.

Really delicious desserts.only thing is that it's very expensive though. But the place was really nice and well decorated. You can go there occasionally.

Loved the place! I was so glad that I visited on Christmas day! Even though it's famous for desserts which is super delicious, we also get amazing food. You receive the fastest service. Staffs are great and quick. Overall you will have a great experience.

A total chocolate indulgence! The chocolate bomb was the best we've ever had not too sweet, sauce a bit bitter but felt it needed something to cut the overdose of chocolate. Raspberry cheesecake was ok, had better but the real disappointment was the Equador flourless chocolate cake. Felt powdery and the accompaniments lacked complimentary flavours. The tuile was sugary and sogy

For all chocolate lovers. This will be heaven, indulge in some chocolatey desserts. Tried balloon bombie it's a delight to watch when it explodes while hot chocolate is poured. Choco namelaka with raspberry and black tea. It's got mixture of tastes and tickles your pallets with It's distinct flavors.it's got sourness yet when had with chocolate tastes yumm

I love the place! The ambiance is awesome, especially during the rainy days in Bangalore, I found the Smoor lounge to be the perfect place to hang out with a cup of Belgium classic dark hot chocolate (thats my personal favourite btw). Food's great and the chocolates are out of this world!

Smoor is a very lovely place with some good culinary skilled chefs. They really make some tasty food. The Ceaser salad is probably the best in the near vicinity of the restaurant. The minestrone soup is well balanced vegetarian soup which you must try. The Thai prawn red curry is also very light of stomach and rich on taste. The pan seared salmon does takes time to be served but it's worth the wait. This place should be explored for much more than chocolates. This is really a worth time and money spending place.

Best place for deserts and a good Hangout spot with friends and family alike. A little expensive but the food is worth the expenditure. It's an experience worth having.

Must go place for all desert lovers, Go and pick your favourite chocolate stuff and satisfy your sweet tooth. This place really serves the most satisfying and lip smacking deserts ️️

Extremely well located dessert spot on 100ft road in indiranagar for some interesting tales on dessert.

Ambience:
The location is firstly splendid since it’s just off 12 main road and is easy to spot. The overall seating both inside and outside are well optioned in terms of accommodating various sizes of groups. I strongly recommending sitting outside if it isn’t raining, the overall feel is much better and the AC inside was freezing when we were there. However, ensure you do take a nice walk inside as the displays in Smoor are exceptional.

Food:
The menu is with all its pictures always makes me want to order everything. However, we ordered 2 dessert. The first was a Honey Nut Crunch Sundae! This dessert was fabulous to say the least! The ice cream, almonds and salted caramel blended so well together. The subtle honey flavour is what made this dish tick so well. The various textures of food added another enjoyable experience. The second dessert we ordered was a Ecuador Hot Choco which was plated extremely well. However it did not live up to its visual appeal. It seemed to have a very similar flavour to a regular dessert and didn’t seem to live up to the description on the menu. Nonetheless, the experience overall was a good one at Smoor. We did try the cappuccino as well, but I would recommend coming here for the desserts and food. Beverages perhaps in coffee shop may be better.

Summary:
Great place to try out the sundaes. I have had most of them during prior visits and can say they have all been made extremely well. Centrally located with a good amount of seating make this a great dessert option on 100 ft road indiranagar

Warm, inviting and service worth a mention. We ordered Hazelnut Cappuccino and Cold Coffee. Both were excellently prepared. The taste, texture and temperature were all absolutely right.

This is a good place to get some chocolates and a really good place to get a nice breakfast.

The chocolates, as I've already mentioned are really good. So are some of their cakes. The breakfast omelette is beautifully executed. I wish their "fresh" bread basket was more fresh though. Freshly baked croissants and muffins would've made the place near perfect.

The staff is very efficient and polite. The ambiance is akin to a premium European cafe. It isn't cheap but you get what you pay for.

I’m terribly disappointed with the way you guys have delivered the diwali collection chocolates. I was expecting at least a carry bag to be given as it is to be gifted to someone. How can you guys even think of delivering a hamper in this manner.
Last week when I purchased the diwali pack it was given in a proper packing, unfortunately you guys have done such a shabby job in delivery.
This is the second time and probably the last time!

Very nice place with pleasant and polite staff. Atmosphere is great there. Beatiful selection of pastries, cakes and coffees. That area there is always rush so smoor is so pieceful to stop for coffee break. And they have outside sitting which is very pretty.
