SMOOR Signature Lounge - Lavelle Road

So disappointed with smoor!

This is the first time I've experienced that it takes 45 minutes for a cake on the counter to reach our table. For which I had to remind 3 different people for my order.

This would be my last visit to your store.

The location, ambience and the food are excellent. Very polite staff. I’ve fallen in love with their croissant sandwiches. I liked the bbq veggies the most. Tried pesto veggies also, it was okay.
They’ve Ana amazing choice for Asian menu aswell and they taste heavenly.

Good ambience, good location, average food apart from chocolates.
Other options on the menu apart from chocolates are not so great!
Chocolates options are amazing.
Limited parking.
Overall average considering all the dimensions.

Pros:
1. Lots of seating space, indoor and outdoor as well. The ambience is really good as well.
2. The food was really good. We had Cannelloni Chicken, it was good.
3. For dessert we had Belgium Chocolate Truffle. The truffle was very really good.
4. We had the best Lemon iced tea over there. Highly recommended.
5. Irish Cappuccino is also good.
6. You can smoke outside, so if you take your kids there, be wary of that.
7. Parking space is there for bikes. I don't know about Cars.
8. We bought a Dark Chocolate, coffee blend. It was really good, worth the price.

Cons:
1. I wouldn't recommend Rainbow Sundae.
2. A little bit costly, costs us Rs 1800 for two. But it's worth the price.

Favourite place in Bangalore for desserts! Beautiful place, great ambience and wonderful desserts!

After waiting for 10 mins got the menu, now another minutes to place the order. Less people for sevice, very low ceilings feels claustrophobic.

Besides the location & tree, nothing else here, was really let down and ruined a afternoon

Very slow service, service order takers don’t know what’s on the menu, and general disinterest and lack of attention to detail (considering how much on ends up paying) is evident.

Beautifully done, lots of space around. Indoor and outdoor seating, well laid out counters of desserts that will tempt you. The place has some excellent food on their menu too.

The ambience is beautiful and so is the service. Definitely worth the money for the place and food. Some items are slightly overpriced but you can't say much since it's a premium/exclusive Coffee shop.

The location and ambience of this Smoor Lounge is their usp. Food is average. Coffee and chocolates are luxurious.
Service needs improvement. Affogato was messed up.the espresso shot and ice cream were mixed before serving us.
Bombay sandwich was good. Tomato basil soup was delicious and creamy.
They have vallet parking.

Visited this place on 3/Oct/22.order LR 4452… inspite of govt abolishing service charge on the bill…. Still they are charging service charges… to top it the service was BAD&SAD…the staff was more interested in closing for the day. We were well within the working hours

Very good stuff & excellent ambience. Best part is that the entire team is very service oriented & courteous. I waa there this afternoon to purchase a gift hamper. I was very confused on what to select in the hamper. That's when their manager - Jay, guided me &
very patiently catered to all my queries. Jay is an asset to Smoor & he is handling a very nice & efficient team. Thank you Jay & thank you to your entire team. Looking forward to coming to Smoor again.

Late night visit to this place is very satisfying. You can eat, relax and enjoy the various chocolate flavours.

Out of 4 desserts ordered. 3 were not there.which was told after 10mins of waiting.very poor service.visit the place patiently.
