The most prominent and elite gated community in the area with a lot of amenities and facilities for the residents to be dynamic and enjoy the true nature. The huge green belt of 150 acres of Military land is a big positive for all the residents with all prominent schools, hospitals, entertainment are closely making it resident choice always. Close to business, IT, sector and always keeping abuzz. The maintenance costs are always at premium. Residents will love for the community!

Just like an average society in Bangalore. Safety/security is taken seriously here.
Badminton court is good as well. As this society is not on a leveled ground so it gets a little difficult for specially abled people.

Very bad experience. Arrived to a small room which was not cleaned at all. The bedsheets stink and every thing is the from is either stained or is full of dust. And this is when I have been told the room was cleaned before my arrival. What a shame

Like many other latest luxury apartment complexes it is no different than a resort. Nice place for weekends.

Good society with some amazing people. Immediately next to large urban forest. Plenty of clean air.
Amenities wise there is badminton courts, pools, kids play area, tennis, caroms, tt, yoga room, cricket pitch, volleyball etc.
Cavery water is also there. Well maintained and green and secure complex. My property manager could manage very good rents for our flat.

There is artistic element without being fancy, in the architecture and landscaping, without compromise on the utility and firmness in the structure.

Pros:
-Great community, well-maintained complex and beautiful gardens. Tennis court and Badminton courts are world class.
Cons:
-Maintenance costs are shooting up from 4k to 5k to 7.5k in Jan 2019.
-Most of the water is from tankers, borewells are running dry
-Access to the community is getting difficult day by day due to the one way traffic and continuous digging, construction work nearby. You can hardly walk outside the complex.
-Club house/Gym is 10 years old with dated Gym equipment. Some items are new but not at all enough.

-There is a litigation on the road that is proposed through the complex and is currently in court. If the road gets constructed through the complex anytime in the future, it will be very disruptive to the community.

Amazing gym with highly infrastructured. Well maintained gym with professional trainers. It also has swimming pool. All the equipments are advanced and also the facilities provided are good

Well maintained and good residential complex with 3BHK apartments for rent. Pet friendly and has a good security system in place

Looks like posh apartments in remote corner of Bangalore. Good security and parking arrangements.
