Too hyped … just ask them about Naalas.one in front when you enter and one goes as a partition between the society and the amenities…. They project it as if Sobha will beautify all the naalas… I find things fishy. At such price I don’t want to live between the Naalas …. Rather invest some better residential area.

Insteaded of investing such huge amount in Sobha brand, We can go to neighbouring project Elegant Terraces in RR nagara sobha is just a brand and not having proper amenities and it is a crowded market
but in Elegant terraces it is a perfect place to live in.

The place is well connected to the city. Metro is also close by. I had met Ashish over there. He explained the project so well. Really loved the over all experience.

It’s a very good Project. I was looking for a project which is very close to Metro connectivity. I love the amenities more than anything as it is built on the Bangalore palace theme. Got at the best, special thanks to ASHISH he provided specific unit according to my preference.

Amazing project. Nothing less than what they promised. Great amenities to get the feel of royalty - Bangalore Palace theme.
Good location and every unit has great ventilation.
Even i had my doubts, but thanks to Mr. ASHISH KAILASH he helped me to know the reality of the project.
When other builders give without theme, sobha gave me promising theme based project for same pricing as other top A grade builders.

Sobha will not fulfill basic promises. In Sobha Sentosa they promised 3.5 BHK and are now saying that owners must build their own partition. They promised slider window and not they are giving upward opening windows like office buildings which don't give any ventilation. Cheap routes being taken to make fool out of buyers.

Shobha has a trusted name and the current project royal crest design and the location and the theme is really good, Well planned floors and space, One star less because of the Rajkalve situated near it, But its no big deal as the apartments are pretty above the land and there is a seperate road leading to the entrance away from this, Was really great in having a look around and to say that they have sold almost half of the apartments even without the model house only shows the trust on the builder. Lots of reviews say that the adjacent Shobha valley and heritage is not registered, But its sheer negligence that they dont enquire or have complete information before writing a review, Agree that for 10 years they had some land issue and its also a new update that the case with the court has ben resolved and only then have the started the construciton on royal crest and the registration of all the house in these apartments have started and mostly done, So please check your facts before you write a review, And to further say that these apartments are backed by some political people at the moment running the govt is only an added advantage.
I am happy to have booked a aparment in the 21st floor and eagerly looking forward to have the completion in time.

Though it looks very attractive but need to consider other hidden facts. One of such hard fact is the adjacent project of Sobha called as Sobha Valley View is still not legally registered wherein > 300 families hard earned money is at stake.

We have booked a 3.5 bhk in royal crest today, awesome project, luxurious, we have booked 30th floor with best views, sales team is really helpful
