Nice apartments. There is a tennis court, swimming pool, cricket nets, and basketball court.

Few buildings and architecture here is old while some are newly constructed. There's a lot of space for parking your vehicles in every block and also on the roadside. There's a garden outside each building as well. The apartments are airy, huge rooms, nice and open kitchen and a balcony is there as well.

Best thing about this society is it's location - near the Sarjapur junction. You can hit the signal and go to Sarjapur, HSR or Marathahalli. Society is 15 years old and that reflects in its infrastructure - for ex: lifts have frequent issues. Society is divided into multiple clusters, each one having some amenities. This means you might have to cross the main road to access the swimming pool.

Lived here for 7 years. Even though it's a bit dated, it still is a wonderful gated community with good amenities. (Swimming pool is huge!). Construction quality is very good, much better than what you get in newer buildings. I lived in an east facing 2BHK which got lots of sunshine. Living and bedrooms are very spacious but the kitchen was a bit too compact for my liking. The location for this complex is the best!

Suncity apartment is a great community for leaving. It is located beside outer ring road and surjapur road crossing. The manipal hospital is just accross the street, opposite of suncity. The iblur lake is beside the suncity apartment. The iblur lake has a small park and walking trail, good for morning walk or afternoon walk. There is a small football ground and a big swimming pool well maintained. Iblur bus stop on the outer ring road is also very near.

This is the worst society that gets impacted by monsoon. Everytime there’s rain, the basement turns into drainage ground. Too many mosquitoes

Beautiful serene place. Society is old so it lifts are not tht maintained.but location is 5/5. Many cultural activities happenes. Value for money

Really a good residence in Sarjapur road, at night times cool winds help to rejoice the weather and make it worthwhile

Nice location with a lot of office complexes within walking distance. Close vicinity to happymart (similar to a big bazaar) adds further convenience
The rent is also decent around 24k for a 2 BHK, semi furnished. The construction is old though, so that's definitely a minus. Also, plumbing is an issue with leakages and taps not working a common theme. The maintenance staff is always on call which is a big plus

Easy to access community with wide roads. Apartments are very spacious but some may have direct sunlight problem. Good security with all the amenities. Only problem is the visitor parking and so I recommend people to take cabs to Suncity if visiting your friends.

Environment around the society is good, but apartments are old and not maintained well, did not like the overall vibe

Nice gated community on Sarjapur Road. Good security and amenities. Good for elders with nearby hospital like sakra world hospital and Columbia Asia hospital, nearby lots of temples, track for walking, many senior citizens play indoor games in clubhouse, nice community daily bhajans and get together. Amazing for kids all school buses come here, all tutors available, ground for cricket, football, basketball and coaching classes, karate, arts, music and dance. All inside community. Good society better maintenance. Events and festivals celebrated together. Near to all companies on outer ring road.

Good place to live. It is very near to many IT companies. Just opposite to Microsoft bellundur. Lot of open space and football ground. But maintenance and water charges is very high.

I recently shifted to suncity apartment. It's been 1 month almost, such a great ambience and i am loving the place and it's surrounding. Security department is doing a great job. No such faults or any problems i have come across yet.

Went for swimming competition for my son and amazed with the size of pool that have. Very well maintained and probably one of the best in East Bangalore

I personally find this place great to live.well spaced buildings in the apartment with ample of sunshine n ventilation.like other apartments water works in tankers.maintenence is bit on the higher side bcz the qprtmt is getting old now but still kind of well maintained.

They are fraudsters it is being 5 years till date no registry done and on cancellation they are asking cancellation charges.bloody robbers they are

It's a good apartment and location is very good, it's like middle of the Bangalore.
It's vary near to the main road.
Society people are so nice, helpfull.

Good large apartment society with good amenities. Road between the society has been developed well. Proximity is there to many companies, outer ring road and eat outs located in Sarjapura Road and HSR

A condamonium of 1300+ flats. Suitable for middle class+ society. Almost equidistant to almost all techparks in Bangalore.

Maintained by resident group and have one of the last maintenance amount in the area (given the facilities one have here).

Quite a big society. Whole street is Suncity only.
Good thing is, it's very near to outer ring road and society has nice amenities and park nearby.
Buildings are pretty old though but with paint work and new road construction things feel quite better.

Good apartments but the locality is filled with the stench of bellandur lake. Also the buildings are old and quite near to iblur lake, an area which has no street lights and full of mosquitoes and darkness.

Right in middle of IT corridor makes commute less painful. Good facilities. Nearby a lake. So its pretty windy and nice to live in

Went so many times here but are becoming old and loosing its look now a days and best place, kids love it

Apartments are nice. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. The management should be a little more responsible.
