Their cancellation policy is pathetic first time I have booked the ticket and I was checking that 95% CashBack I there I clicked on it lost 2350 Rs no refund was applied if we cancel 12 hours before also lost all my money mailed customer care no reply...

Horrible service, specially the travel agent Prakash offers no help. We faced only delays from him. He did not give us hotel confirmations even a day before our Visa appointment and asked us to give 2000 only for a dummy itenary. Will not recommend...

Trip to coorg was completed without any problem. There was a slight disagreement from the driver regarding the itinerary however the tour agent handled the issue promptly. Overall a satisfactory trip for us and the stay was decent as well.

Worst experience I had today with SRS travels. No driver number was sent prior to arrival. No information about where the bus is. The conductor and driver very relevant answers. Very worst.

Bus delayed by 2 hours, office waiting area full of mosquitos and extremely unhygienic toilet. Staff is not helping. Reckless driving, nearly escaped huge accident.

I called to the office of Bangalore for some information about their bus to Mahabalipuram. The person otherwise was very very rude and impolite. Just for a 2 min call he was annoyed and impatient.
