I needed a reliable ride to the hospital, the driver was incredibly kind and understanding, navigating the traffic with ease and even offering words of encouragement. It was very pleasant overall.

This is the worst service which I have ever experienced, the bus got delayed by 2hours and the service operator didn't provide the driver details and tracking, and upon asking the same the area operators were responding very rudely.

Don't take SRS Bus to Sringeri, if you don't have time. This bus takes long route over shivamogga, theerthahalli. No issue with seats, driver.
