Good to stay for short term.
Spends less in maintaining the commom area. Water logging during rainy season.

Its a old society with lot of greenery. The access to the lake is the highlight. The location makes all things super accessible within walking distance.

Really great locality to live in. The houses are a bit old, but the entire colony is great. This colony has football, badminton and volleyball courts, alongwith a club with a swimming pool, table tennis board and carrom room.

There's a small lake with a path around it accessible to it's residents in morning and evening times for sitting around or jogging. Altogether, this place is a really nice, quiet and scenic colony.

Quiet neighbourhood. Access to Very protected lake directly from the campus. Very little noise/dust pollution. Reasonably vibrant community. Mall/ market, park, and road getaway all available conveniently.

It’s one of the first society complex in Sarjapur Road.
Complex is full of greenery, it has direct access to Lower Ambalipura lake.
Tenis court, swimming pool, playground, children play area, TT and one grocery store within complex.

Location is best and houses are big. Built quality of houses is good.only issues is.homes are old.

Prime location with all facilities nearby. You have hospitals, police station, market place, malls, bus stand and main road all within 500m-1km.
However the quality of the apartment is not very good as it needs renewal.
You have a lake to go for walk, swimming pool, game station and a small society shop available within the premises

Trinity acres and woods’ management has gone to the dogs. During the vaccination drive on June 20th, the management here got their own society folks vaccinated first, while keeping the queue for ‘externals/outsiders’ separate.

Old floor houses with proper security. Well connected but approach through surjapur road is time consuming

An awesome apartment /villa complex in the centre of the city but gives a feeling you enter Ooty kind of a place as soon as you get in. It has a bunch of villas /2 storied houses in a single stretch and they have mini lake which is accessible from within

Trinity is a lush green place where you can relax any time of the day. It is the best gated community in my view. It has a lake inside where you can come sit even when it is sunny because of its shade and coolness. And you can find a plethora of exotic birds here, catching fishes in beaks, ducklings roaming around and diving in the water. It is very pleasant to watch all of this. There is ample of space here and it doesn't tower like buildings, it has only 2 floors in each of the blocks.

The oldest society in this part of the city. Is kind of crumbling down due to lack of maintenance. But very good build quality and excellent location at the Bellandur Sarjapur junction.
Has a very calming influence and access to a lake, has swimming pool, lawn tennis court etc.

Amazing place resident township with all aminities like swimming pool badminton court and big children's play area. Very peaceful and environment friendly. Especially greenery will attract. Large trees and spacious houses. The Lake side is the special attraction here. The locality is in prime place and very proximity to the city. There are many International schools and colleges near this place. Closer to Electronic city.

The little row houses, simple and solid, with much greenery are quite a treat for a visitor. Quaint and quiet.
