UBER VERDANT

Not at all worth all the hype.
1. There is always some pipe burst, pipe leaking somewhere.
2. The facility manager doesn't do anything to the complaints. There is water leakage in parking.

Good property! Security is good. Club house under construction currently in spite of phase 2 completion. Good location with rest to connectivity as its right in the Sarjapur main road.

Society is very good. Even the cab drivers who come for pickup gives a very good review about society in comparison to other passengers.

Society has 2 phases. Second phase is new and gives a luxury feel. You will find all the amenities such as security, badminton, tablet tennis, swimming, tennis, basketball, net cricket, snooker table, fussball etc

Society has a water problem.

It's a wonderful experience with the entire Mana CRM team especially with Ms. Sushma, Ms. Nadia as well as Mr Kevin GM including Mr Dinesh Sales manager from site, they all are asset to the organisation

Liked the overall design of the project and their concept of environment friendly homes. Sales person and CRM team are quite helpful and responsive. Both the team cooperated and resolved all my queries. The price was reasonable too. Will recommend to visit and have a look.

Initially I liked the design and CRM team a lot and management was quite good. But after living for a year, I found that facility manager (Mr. Somshekar) does not behave properly with the customers. He has misbehaved with my wife saying things like "Is this your dad's society"? I will never recommend anyone living in Uber verdant 2. I tried to raise complaint regarding Somshekar in multiple platforms (Insta, facebook, mail) to mana's management they did not take the complaint seriously. Please be careful and check your facility manager before booking.

Also, no one in mana's society management of uber verdant 2 takes responsibility. Somshekar rather than being a facility manager, he is the one creating problems for customers. Uber CRM (Mr. John) and (Mr. Somshekar) switches off mobile at critical conditions.

Would not recommend uber verdant 2 and mana foresta of mana's project.

Sarjapur मेंन रोड में अवस्थित अपार्टमेंट काफी खुले और आकर्षक बने हैं। पेड़-पौधों से पूरा परिसर आकर्षक लगता है। बच्चों के खेलने की अच्छी व्यवस्था की गई है। फाउंटेन और पार्क रमणीक हैं।

It is a well planned Condominium. Progressing fast towards completion. Hopefully the dreams & aspirations of buyers would be fulfilled.

Well maintained apartment in Sarjapur Road. Location advantage makes it one of the sought-after residential complexes in this part of Bengaluru.

Yes all went according to plan and we took over the apartment after all the work is done. Pretty good place for us who are senior citizens

We want to thank Venkat Reddy garu the tower engineer for all the help at each stage of completion of the apartment getting small issues fixed so that work is completed to our satisfaction.

We purchased a flat in Uber Verdant phase 2. We had a very smooth and pleasant experience. Thanks to Hari from Sales team for helping us with the process.
Special mention and thanks to Venkat Reddy for handing over the flat in time within the time promised and helping us with all the minor fixes in the flat.

There was a delay in handing over property to buyers for moving in but after handover the staff have been very supportive. Tower engineer Venkat has especially been very helpful and made sure all pending things are completed

I am sharing my experience with Mana team here.
After purchasing we came to know that there is 2 months window each time for interior and final handover. Later our interior also got delayed and we were going to miss celebrating diwali at our new home. We requested an early handover from Akhilesh from engg team and he offered to give us even earlier than we were asking as we would need some time to get house liveable. Afterwards Akhilesh and Ganraju from engg team were just incredible during execution - timely updates, taking care of requests, and handover even earlier than agreed.
I’m told that this wouldn’t have been possible without Naveen’s approval and support.
Also, big thanks to Venkanna Reddy, site engineer, for execution and support post handover too.

Recently we got handover at Uber verdant phase 2. We booked our flat in Jan 2022, right from starting I had positive experience with Mana team (CRM & Site Engg). They are very helpful in providing the project updates, finishing the work on time, they are happy to hear the customer feedback and provide the resolution on time. Special thanks to Site Engg Mr. Venkat Reddy for all his efforts. He helped us at every step and resolve our queries and requests patiently. Saravanan & John from CRM team were patient with all my questions and extended their support wherever needed. Thanks to Shilpa who managed all the paperwork and was prompt with the response to all the queries.
Overall, we appreciate team mana to make our dream come true in shape of our new home!

The document process and approach with CRM team Sushma was fantabulous. She helped me in many aspects to close the document and payment process very smooth and flexible which i never expected. She is very responsive and follow-up very closely in each queries I had.

Umesh, Govind and Somsekar from maintenance team did unbelievable job to handover the flat within 2 weeks as per the initial commitment made while purchase. In too much pressure also their support is really commendable.

We booked an apartment in Uber Verdant II and my registration is also completed. It is located in a prime location with a lot of greenery around. And construction quality is also nice.

One of the best apartments to enjoy the serenity, especially after sunset in Bangalore. They are equipped with several recreational facilities like swimming pool, badminton court, open theatre (currently under construction), etc.

Q very good society to live in. They have spacious flats. Now they are launching their new phase, must visit if you are looking for a property in banglore

We have recently purchased an apartment here. Till now registration is done. The process from the start has been smooth and the representatives are very helpful and very responsive. Special mention goes to Sushma from Finance CRM, Puneet from legal, Somasekhar and John from site. Sushma is always go to person any time for any doubts, Thank you Sushma for your immense support.

Stinky water in STPs. Maintenance charges are very high. Otherwise it is a good small society, less crowded and good open space

I am resident here in UBER verdant. Hardly any promise has been fulfilled by the builder. Starting from lift, toilet everything are lowest version of the respective brand. Central irrigation facility was the USP while promoting sale but since 4 years we have hardly got central irrigation water. When we complain to office Manager they open the water only for 5 mnts with lowest force of water.
Majority of ppl who have bought the flat here are repenting. Many have left also.complain doesn’t work. We have complaint to Mana office many times for problems but they don’t listen to it. My personal suggestion will be not buy any Mana project property.

Have invested in Uber Verdent-2, Property is at excellent location, construction material looking good so far. Have all the amenities with good open space.

Rajesh from sales team is supporting us in every step of the process, a thorough & experienced sales person who know how to fulfill customers needs & reqts.

Apartment is situated at prime location in sarjapur road.
Floor plans are good, Can say, Only property in surrounding area which is equipped with all aspect of Vastu.
Loved the way they have given options for selection of tiles & wall colors.
Maintenance cost is high, expecting the return same way.

Overall, so far so good, Keeping our hopes high that post possession also it will fulfill our needs & requirements.

Excellent project and great location. Had smooth on-boarding from Marketing (Hari) and CRM (Sushma) teams. The location is ideally suited, close to Tech parks and city centre. The design is futuristic and eagerly waitng for the project to be completed on promised time.

Since all the reviews posted here are from prospective buyers, I think I should post experience from phase 1. I am writing this post after a period of no water supply in night which would extend to the day. This is not something new in phase 1. The plumbing is of low quality which was already known when I bought a flat but I never imagined it would be such pathetic. Everytime we have a maintenance scheduled, it never completes in time either due to sub standard plumbing or maintenance personnel. There has been odd issues of seepage as well but they do get handled.
Uber Verdant was their first high rise building and it clearly shows Mana did not plan it well. The parking corners are compromised and ill-planned: you cannot make a straight exit or entry. There are pillars which impede you from making a smooth turn. There are low lights in lower basement with dark corners which are not handled even by repititive requests.
Happy to hear that phase 2 at least has a clubhouse with amenities in one place but seeing the way they were handled in phase 1, pretty sure they will be provided just as a number in the list.
Finally, as a builder, the maintenance provided is pathetic and has been poor. Maintenance is a very important aspect of any high rise and while builder collects premium amount, the quality of service leaves a lot to be desired.
All is not bad though, it is one of the few accomodating builders who are very responsive to customer queries, polite staff and take care to address issues during the building phase. After that, it is only downhill in terms of experience.

The location of the project is excellent. Lots of open space and significant green landscaping is planned. Building construction is almost complete. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mr Rajesh. Overall satisfied with the project

The Mana projects - Uber Verdant II is dotted with greenery and 400+ trees conceptualizing resort theme design.

A great gated community and a beautiful place to live in, very nice apartments with ample of space to have a jog around the towers.

The society creates a sense of fraternity amongst the residents and this project has an assortment of amenities ranging from a swimming pool to an amphitheater.

Rajesh N (Sales team) has supported us in every step of the process.

Project is nice and well architect-ed. Vertical garden in each unit is a value addition. Mr Rajesh from sales explained the property details very well. Amenities are very nice.

This property is in an excellent location (close proximity to multiple tech parks, offices, etc.and on Sarjapur main road). The quality of construction seems to be good and they have committed to handover 2 blocks in June 2021 which is before schedule. Amenities are committed for 2022-23, so hope things turn out as planned. Behaviour of sales person and CRM has been very professional so far.

Living here for more than 3 years. The location is great, building and amenities are really good but those who are planning to invest on phase 2, please think through it as the builder and the management support post sales are pathetic. Once they sell the property the builder wash their hands and shows their rude behaviour. They doesn’t even bother to work out a solution to the issues. All these happens because the society is under their control. They won’t put much effort to hand it over to the association. So until unless you have an association, the Mana guys won’t support or listen. They do whatever it takes to make money. Service comes second. And getting an association formed is not easy with these guys. Last but not least for phase 1, the maintenance cost is 4.5Rs/sqft and we get gutter water inside the flush. So invest on phase 2, only if you see some good response from the builders for phase 1 issues.

Very bad experience with uber verdant, I live here from past 2 years, stp flush water always stinks, no proper power back up and maintenance is too high. And they never listens to resident compalint
