Vaishnavi Nakshatra Apartment

The entire society is infested with cockroaches. It is so close to the railway station that you can't sleep peacefully ever. There are no amenities inside the society like a basic shop or an ATM. Certainly a bad place to stay

All the amenities available you can all access the public transport very easily as there’s a metro station and a railway station and there’s a bus stop nearby too

Looking for 2bhk rented flat from Apr month for family on urgent basis. Any contacts please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Nice atmosphere but there was no indoor and outdoor games available in there clubhouse chee chee chee this is very bad

Good and lively apartment, only thing is you will get a lot of sounds of trains as this is next to railway station

Good ambience, pet friendly is an added advantage, flats are very spacious, dint like the balcony though best place for kids.main roads r easy accessible

-Rental Prices Increase as u go to higher floors with ground floor flat being cheapest, Preference is always a non railway facing balcony!
paradise for Amazon Employees, Stayed as tenant, More than 50 percent of complex is occupied by Amazon Employees,
All facilities Gym, pool, Indoor games table tennis etc available, Nice gated Community living with everything available Nearby.

Great society, good ambience, prime location-just 2 minute walk from railway station and metro. Maintained well.

Very reasonable rental in this society.

Pros - yeshwantpur metro & railway station is 100 meters. Super market is just attached to the society and taking the trolleys to your apartment is the big plus.
Cons - as the railway station is very close, the train horn can often irritate you especially when you are on call.
Rest all good.

Excellent location with all amenities. Very close to Malleswaram.very well maintained apartment with beautiful greenery around very prime property in the heart of the garden city.

I was there till 2020, my experience-
Cons: Very noisy as next to Railway station, can hear trains chugging and whistles all the time.
No amenities being maintained, with all in shatters.
Maintainance of common property being very poor after MC took over from Vaishnavi builder.
MC members there only making money with no resident bothered about community wellbeing barring handful of ppl, Corruption here for purchasing an item is more than Bihar!
Overly priced maintainance price

Pros: Metro Connectivity and More Super market in Apartment campus only plus
