The project of Vajram Tiara is very good.it's worth the money paid. I would say one of the most Luxurious project in Bangalore and really glad that, i had made investment at Vajram tiara.

We have explored quite a bit before finalising on this project and now after having lived here for 8 months are quite happy with our decision. The layout of each apartment is quite unique compared with the present trend that almost every other builder is imitating. Apartment is very spacious and rooms are mapped to ensure a good amount of privacy. The fittings are of top brands and workmanship is good.

One important mention is unlike most other builders the care that I experienced from this team even after the sale proceedings are completed is remarkable. Special mention of their CRM, Ms. Priya who helped us through every small concern and diligently sorted out one by one with proper follow up with each concerned. It was quite heartening to note her responding to calls even on her day off and taking it up appropriately and ensuring closure. Hats off to such rare professional qualities that make the group stand apart!

Highly appreciate Priya's professionalism. For me it was a pleasant and great experience the way all the registration process got co-ordinated and managed. Though there was as bit of delay from production team, overall it was managed and handed over efficiently by CRM team. Special thanks to both Shivakumar, Priya and Mahindra.

The handing over process of Ms Vajram is well organised and here I would like to mention about my contact person Ms Priya. Her politeness and honest approach towards completion of handing over process is praiseworthy. She was able to get all the small short coming of my flat rectified in short time thus enabling me to shift as early as possible.

I would like to highlight the property: Vajram Tiara is a beautiful premium property. The team has planned this project really well, the quality of construction is remarkable. The whole team works on customer priority and this is something which you expect when you invest with the builder. It is an Ultra Luxury Condominiums with all good amenities. First impression is the final impression for me with this builder. All the best team Vajram!

Worst builder. I would suggest don't invest in this builder specialy in Vajram Tiara project. Low grade work has been done such as no hot water provision in kids and guest washroom basins, low quality work done in kbr washroom, DG connection given only for the fans n light; other appliances like juicer, oven, washing machine, chimney doesn't work while there is no power, main door issues in most of the appartments and the main thing team is irresponsible; they focus only on the reviews n keep begging to remove the bad reviews.

I have gone around the complete area and I selected the project.the thing that keeps them different is the professionalism and the way the project was shown and explained.their unit plans are too good and the amenities. I would definitely recommend them

One of the nicest and premium society in Yelahanka North. All the amenities are working and is well maintained. The apartments are beautifully designed and constructed with lot of space.

I initially thought of buying land and built an independent house, but after searching a lot and due to security issues thought of going for apartment. Searched a lot nearby to Yelahanka area. Nothing impressed till I visits Vajram Tiara. I was impressed on the first impression seeing their model house. I had my discussion with Avinash and he guided me properly and even conveyed the flaws as well which is loyal. I loved their floor plan and booked within 2 days. Also Vajram team didn’t forced me to pay the payments and they gave me enough time till my registration. The entire property looks good by safety, close to office, amenities, especially engaged for kids and children, luxury apartment living with new and modern amenities used. The building construction is really good and safety. I really thank Mr. Shivakumar who helped and cooperate with us for our needs and requirements. I also thank Priya front office assistant who helped and guide us till handover. I really excited to move in and this place is nearby to Yelahanka NES and good place to commute easily. Thanks to Vajram team.

We first entered Vajram to see the apartment with not a very positive approach. First we saw the various choices that they had to offer to us. After coming back home we gave it a thought and then went back the next day to see with a decision to take it. And the way everything was explained and all the features that we found were really interesting. Very difficult to find such well planned apartment with giving importance to practical things

Well-placed locality with a very friendly neighborhood. The amenities are really good and well maintained. The entire Vajram team and the support staff are incredibly helpful and approachable.

Fabulous is the opinion I have for this project. We started looking for an apartment for ourselves post covid and that's when we came across Vajram Tiara on the yelahanka main road. The team was really corporative in answering all our queries and showed the project the patience is appreciated and the professional approach.

Great property in the locality, value for money. Visited a lot of properties. By far the best I’ve come across. Very humble and helpful team. Only drawback there are only 3&4 BHK apmts, but are beautifully designed and constructed. Never seen such kinda floor plans in North Bangalore.

One of the best projects in North Bangalore, With luxurious amenities the floor plan is impressive. The building quality and material used are really good and one of the right project to invest. The top management takes keen interest in reviewing the work and materials, very helpful team

I guess they are on a mode to cheat. Terrible experience.

Commonfloor fixes my appointment for Site visit mentioning that we have deal of 6 lacs discount straight on the 3.5 bhk flat costing 1.40 cr, plus if you meet them directly they will negotiate further. Surprisingly when I reached there their sales rep says we have no deal with Commonfloor.our rate is 1.48 lacs and we can do 2 or 3 lacs here and there.
I came back to enquire with Commonfloor.they sent me emails mentioning discounts and price given by VAJRAM team to them.

So is VAJRAM is on mode of cheating customers or there MARKETING TEAM has no clue about.what’s going on?

All the projects of Vajram are running way behind the schedule. I am owner of one of the project. It's been months after months we are chasing for final completion.
Most of the 5 star review here are fake.

Response to the answer received on my review: If you are a real person doing the responses (unless you are a bot which provides standard answer), I would request you to stay at the apartment for few days, then you might consider changing your response, that the minimum basic amenities are also not working properly.
Sales team had done lots of promises during booking, but now most of them seems to be false.
Why do you expect any owner would settle down with basic amenities, when payment was done for full amenities?
The 36 + 6 month dead line is already over in Dec, 2017. Now its almost 1 year delay.
Earlier we used to get some response to our concerns from your management, now a days they don't even read the emails that we send nor answer the calls.

The only way to sustain in this competitive market is timely delivery with promised quality. Don't try to justify the delays, instead work towards the delivery without further delay.
